07/1/2015 16:20 | I do not hold, but have a quick question regarding EPS...... From interims EPS was 29p after 6 months, analysts forecasts are 78p for 2014. Based on this 78p , current price equates to an attractive x10PE...... does anyone have of the latest analysts reports on KLR? I am struggling to understand if making 49p in H2 of 2014 is feasible, or if the x10 rating is a value trap? Any comments / info appreciated Cheers JD2 | jakedog2

30/10/2014 17:58 | The rise over the last week or so looks good - perhaps it is a good omen to getting back to a sensible level - or am I too optomistic? | huttonr
16/10/2014 17:50 | nice to see a NED buy another 10k shares today, £75k investment. Not to be sniffed at... | tudes100
09/10/2014 12:54 | unloved and a quiet BB, interesting combination, now £8.11 and still falling, wait and watch | tudes100
06/10/2014 14:05 | Starting to look very interesting now - 33% off the 52 week high, cable now under $1.60 and getting weaker with more than 50% of profit coming from the US - plus some decent broker forecasts in the last 3 months, Numis 10.70 share price target, Liberum £12, Investec £14.20. US economy getting some traction although some indications that construction is still not firing coupled with the UK legal dispute perhaps softening sentiment but sounds like good risk & reward at this level to me. Would welcome some contrary opinions ? | tudes100

21/8/2014 15:10 | Haha -well 1000p is a nice round figure. Over time should regain former highs -must have nearly touched 1300p at one stage. One caveat may be less work on LNG related works due to the glut of gas from fracking -but they have plenty of markets to go for. | meijiman
21/8/2014 10:21 | PeterBill The high PE ratio in your second post must be due to the 27 M£ provision in the last results. 1) This is an exceptional charge so should not be used to calculate forward PE ratios 2) This negligence claim may not be proved 3) If it is then there is insurance to set off against it I agree with meijimann, although rather more optimistic than 1000p given growth as well. | puffintickler
20/8/2014 09:01 | PB-forecasts for Keller are for y/e 2014 Dec EPS of 78p and 89p for the following year to Dec 2015. The respective yields are 3.1% and 3.3% One of the key attractions of Keller is the strong cash generation -using a simplistic operating cashflow less capex there will be a surplus of c80p. I think its a buy up to 1000p -higher for longer term. | meijiman

20/8/2014 02:51 | From Citywire ... Keller is on a P/E of 11, falling to 9.8 next year, and the yield is 3%, backed by 7-8% free cashflow yield. try this link .. | peterbill

30/7/2014 14:54 | DJ Keller Group PLC Doc re exceptional charge For immediate release 30 July 2014 Keller Group plc ("Keller" or the "Group") Keller Group plc announces that it is to make a GBP30 million exceptional charge in its 2014 half year results in respect of a dispute arising on a project that Keller's UK subsidiary, Keller Limited, completed in 2008. The dispute relates to purported defects in a floor slab at a warehouse for which Keller Limited undertook the design and construction of the piling. These purported defects are alleged by other parties to be due, in part at least, to deficiencies in the provision of Keller's services. The claims intimated against Keller Limited, which are currently the subject of litigation, are denied and being vigorously defended. However, the Board has determined that, given the uncertainties inherent in any litigation, it would be appropriate to record an exceptional charge of GBP30 million in the Group's 2014 half year results. The amount is stated before taking account of recoveries under applicable insurances which are yet to be agreed, as these cannot be recognised under IFRS. The Group will update the market on future developments when necessary. | tonysss13
