its just got a contract for 50 mil from welsh water
and they have borrowed 500 mil
on the chart I would say its a sell

That was pretty bizarre today. The graph shows every the price getting to 600 and stopping throughout the day and then losing 10p at the end of trading.

Presumably when it finally goes through 600 it will be through and no messing.

Is this the end of a 4 year up-trend or just a blip on the way up? Slightly worryingly KEL is underperforming both the market and other utilities!

Added a few this morning at 501. There have been 7 bounces off 500 since early July so hopefully it will yet again move up off that level. CH.
