06/2/2021 17:18 | What date was the TW interview | pjackson2
06/2/2021 16:30 | Is the TW interview for subscribers only? | charles clore
06/2/2021 10:45 | So in the next few weeks I'd love to see Harry/BOD via RNS's announce 1. Who the outtake financier and £1BN company listed London are?2. Completion of funding for TKGM (ideally we own 80% not 65%)3. Hawiah drilling update 4. KSA license updatesGreat to see the weak hands folding at these levels...should mean when this news hits we could double or treble in days | belfastboyo
05/2/2021 19:48 | To be honest I like the tw interview best ,just watched it again everyone standing it up at the site meeting and saying yes march, that's good for me TW in that interview does put forward the questions that I would probably ask, very encouraging | 1deedee
05/2/2021 16:44 | Yes PennStreet, Rumsfeld with the glasses, another of Bush the Second's idiots. But at least the idiots then weren't as dangerous as the recent versions. Oh for George W. instead of Trump, who'd have thought it?! Topicel | topicel
05/2/2021 16:23 | Execution is binding. Before then, the parties proceed on the basis of good faith - what else can they do? He said in the webinar that they are dealing with questions raised by consortium members during the course of due diligence. That presumably applies to the new participants and not to the Government or the senior debt banks. The existing local investor seems to be taking a stake in KME (per October RNS) so there could be questions about that company that have not been addressed previously. The off-taker or miner financier is providing debt finance into "a Kefi group company", possibly a special purpose vehicle, to be on-lent as subordinated debt to TKGM. That will be quite complicated if it is secured on TKGM's future production. The mining financier is a newcomer also. So a few things to sort out | estseon
05/2/2021 15:20 | Not my question think the question was a bit badly phased though person just looking for some reassurance really and harry is still a bit of a blunt Australian though he has done a better job in the recent webinars than I expected. | robjm66

05/2/2021 13:55 | I don't think Rob was asking or commenting on this matter, he was simply replicating the question from the Q&A page of the Kefi website. It was indeed not an angry response but a somewhat irritable one though. And his one major blip, reversion to old Harry, in his otherwise much more positive and engaged tone this webinar. The question was silly in so far as intent is never binding, but equally Harry pins a lot on these bon mots so he is right to be challenged. It is a known unknown as the old US Secretary of State used to say - name escapes me. It isn't as if Harry hasn't been led a merry dance before, is it? But he has to tread carefully too. He needs these people and can't push too much. What worries me is they know it... Topicel | topicel
05/2/2021 13:26 | I don't think it was an angry response Rob more a confused one as you can't have, in law, a binding declaration of intent...you can have a declaration of intent (non binding) OR a binding legally signed contract agreement...but it seems the gist of your question was answered in that Harry stated that ALL consortium members had in front of EG minister/gov. Pledged/agreed to close by March | belfastboyo
05/2/2021 13:23 | It was a good question and showed to me that Harry has passion in the project and thought it was a trick question. It could have influenced his other remarks about not nailing the financial figures down at this stage which I see as plan B.I think it was a good idea to follow it up with the question about Harry appearing annoyed and you got a response when it could have just been ignored. | neilng
05/2/2021 13:21 | Thanks for the great link Rob...Harry does indeed sound more confident every time for closure in March...assuming he is correct we should see imho a x2 or x3 re rate of current SP/market cap in very short order....bought more a week or so ago and may well buy some more while the stock is "on sale" | belfastboyo
05/2/2021 13:11 | Proper sell attack one! Good to see they're still at it and shares are going to safe hands :-) | shortarm

05/2/2021 12:24 | Commitment of Tulu Kapi consortium? Q. In KEFI's recent Quarterly Update webinar, Harry Anagnostaras-Adams reacted very angrily to my question "Has the consortium for financing Tulu Kapi made a binding declaration of intent to the Ethiopian government?" I can partially understand his response but my intention was to find out how far the promised (private) investments are binding on the government and whether they can simply be extended for another year. The real risk for us private small investors is that if the financing does not come by the end of March, then the share price will be much lower. A: Please accept that the Chairman’s answer was not one of anger, but we trying to state clearly that the declaration of intent by the consortium was certainly sincere though not, at law, a legal commitment. 05/2/2021 11:52 | Watched as many videos as I can too. Harry comes across as confident I agree, he’ll love the adulation as a trail blazer when TK finally happens. Got my question answered in the Q&A about the multinational being named, happy about that. Investing should be exciting and this definitely fits the bill now. | mesb48
05/2/2021 10:15 | Do not see any wavering lenders Divmad feedback is that everyone was happy main area of any uncertainty seems to be local involvement that can be covered in multiple ways and will not be allowed to hold things up. Politically government are going to want a good news story in the region and definitely going to want the income along with the launch of a mining industry. Harry pushing hard now on the PR side as he sees this getting over the line next month. | robjm66
05/2/2021 10:05 | Exactly phil. He's supremely confident. He wouldn't have mentioned construction to begin shortly otherwise! | pennstreet
05/2/2021 10:02 | Rob, I'm not being obstructionist. I really want this and Harry to succeed. I've watched many videos of him in recent days to gauge the measure of the man and task ahead and I really believe in his sincerity at this juncture. There's nothing more he can do to get this closing across the line now. It would give me more comfort if a few wavering lenders were substitutable by the two primary African banks mentioned, who have strong belief in the project not just on its own merits but for national and regional reasons. Maybe they will all sign on the dotted line, after further encouragement by the main lenders. encouragement. | divmad
05/2/2021 09:54 | To Harry's credit he's not hiding, getting out there and promoting the company. He seems very confident, that last webinar was the best I've seen. I've added again too, seems a steal to me at these prices. | philby1
05/2/2021 09:49 | PennStreet5 Feb '21 - 09:39 - 9494 of 9494 0 1 0 He says construction to begin shortly after March. He can't be more clearer than that on finance being sorted! It's all very well saying that he sounds confident but he's been confident many times before. Reminds me of the old expression "always certain, sometimes right". Unfortunately as he & many of us on this board have said before, he has no control whatsoever as to timing (& probably other things to). :-( | taxlosstone
