04/12/2020 17:37 | Yep Charles, well south of Bordeaux and across into Haute Garonne. Near St. Gaudens, if that means anything. Signed attestations for travel and everything! The property prices are certainly attractive belfast, if you can tolerate the peace and quiet... ;) Topicel | topicel
04/12/2020 17:08 | Well if Kefi finally delivers the goods and closes TKGM funding finally and the share price reacts like EUA or GGP in the next year (x20) then maybe we can all buy a nice "Gite" and come live near Topicel? And drink champers while watching the sun go down over the Montaigne...? | belfastboyo

04/12/2020 11:40 | Btw, on the Barclays Smart Investor closure for EEA residents: Received another letter dated 30/11/20 yesterday which reitireated everything that had been said in the August diatribe except the heading now said... "Action Required - we've limited access to your accounts" previous heading read... "Action Required - we can no longer support your Smart Investor account(s)" Again no mention of 4th December but still saying they will... "continue to hold your investments on a restricted execution and custody only basis." In other words, they were intent on hounding EEA address holders to sell up and clear off but actually, as I suspected, had no power to confiscate or sell the shares without my authority. Thanks for all the sage words, and while I accept it is far from ideal and not what many expected from Brexit (did anyone really know what to expect?) and some would find it intolerable to be in limbo like this, I'm content that, somehow, some time in the future I can jump through the hoops Barclays wish me to in order to still enjoy the Kefi 'dividend' that Harry is arranging "when the funds come in". Maybe no dividends proper, but I'm not expecting anything like that anyway this side of 12th of Never, given the shock market will be decimated if we get the rampant inflation by the time divvies are likely. My hope is stimulus madness, stock market for commodities and emerging market juniors goes crazy as per usual, Harry adds some value at last (not just on paper by anticipated events and potential valuations) with proper investors providing the funds we need, and gold pushing beyond $2k and some. 5p or so will tempt me to see what I have to do to sell. But at least I can, seemingly, wait in the knowledge the shares are still 'mine' even if in limbo... Topicel | topicel
04/12/2020 11:28 | Well my views remain that:1. Kefi is fundamentally & significantly undervalued versus the assets we own and the potential we have here...2. Ultimately this "disconnect" between underlying value and current share price will be bridged quickly on positive news.3. EUA & GGP & many other miners have seen a huge x10 to x20 re rate in under 1 year on big news...4. Hopefully Kefi finally close TKGM funding asap | belfastboyo
04/12/2020 11:22 | A rush in T20s I suspect. I don't mind speculation, after all that is what we all are doing, even after 10 years, though some consider it 'investing' :) but said speculators are not necessarily good for the share price if they don't get what they expect... And after long experience I for one have no idea what to expect here any more. Topicel | topicel
