@scotty1 - of course I don't. It is just my opinion based on the constant delays of the past. I have no confidence in management nor ANS.

Ethiopia is in ascendancy.. that is blindingly clear.

The excellent FT article published yesterday (setting out the justification for/behind significant and country-changing IMF funding)details a specific and pressing need for all things that Kefi delivers in spades, once into a production phase - DYOR.

For me, as a long term and significant investor who goes by well researched fundamentals, as opposed to a short term trader who goes by ‘converging and diverging moving averages’ (give me a break) oh and the occasional delusional herd-based epiphany, I am becoming more predisposed to holding Kefi indefinitely as time goes by.
This is shaping up to be a significant world-beating enterprise, across two hugely exciting new minerals geographies with shared, epic geology.

If you truly resonate with the broader, emerging Kefi opportunity, and are not in a hurry to sell for a song way too quickly, then you will find yourself in a good place right now.

40p a share within 3-5 years as a minimum.

I am sure we are all aware, new holders and LTH (of which I am one) that if Harry announces another delay to ANS funds arriving the share price will be massacred in a few minutes of trading.

No Red Rook, you see shareholders have been patient in passing a myriad of gates and obstacles associated with a mine being explored and developed. In addition to massive Ethiopian government reform, the resettling of foreigners and a failed coup attempt. All the while KEFI being the guinea pig of foreign mining investment. As a point of fact ANS have never dragged their feet as they too have been waiting for Government sign off. This mine is to be the largest net revenue export generator in the country with full and public buy in from the Nobel Peace prize winning Prime Minister himself. This last rubber stamp barely represents the stem of the cherry on a very complex multi flavoured cake. Also do not forget the government recently signed off which releases their $20,000,000.00. So to avoid any embarrassment, I'm quite sure that this can be used if there is a week or two funding gap

I agree that the release of ANS funding has been the cause of a great deal of distress among LTIs, myself included. In mountaineering, a false peak or false summit is a peak that appears to be the pinnacle of the mountain but upon reaching, it turns out the summit is higher. False peaks can have significant effects on climbers' psychological states by inducing feelings of dashed hopes or even failure.I have experienced many a false summit when mountaineering. And 100% of the time and without exception the real summit always arrives. The more false summits the higher likelihood that the real summit is next. Many long term investors would chew off their own arm to be coming in at todays price of 1.42p. Imagine the chap who has a 60p avg. We are now on the cusp of reaching the summit and that is indisputable. So just wait and count yourself lucky that your average share price is not 60p or 15p or 20p or 5p or 3p

In relation to the $2.9 billion IMF finance the country was just granted.

It mentions..

"as well as new strategies developed to improve performances of mining and tourism sectors."

@rts - ANS will never release their funds. They have had so many chances and have proven to be too unreliable. If Harry was any good he would have sacked them off and found a better alternative. Apparently Ethiopia are "open for business" but it is quite clear to everybody that they are not! Bunch of amateurs. Nobody can justify this as "just Africa" given the delays that have been encountered when the government state they are "open for business". Appalling.

The share price is holding very nicely, a lot of fingers on buzzers I am sure. It would be hard to believe that there will not be a little leak and some corresponding large investments preceding the official and imminent ANS funding release. So of course there will definitely be those that will get caught with their pants down.

Go back to the bonds finance deal and let the banks have ANS share and stump up the cash easily.
Cut ANS out completely for f#cking Kefi around.

tim, I think that you are right: also KME and any special purpose companies set up under it to take the exploration licences.

I read it that the "associated companies" all directly relate to Kefi e.g. TKGM, selected banks etc

Tim,

looks like a recruitment for Kefi & associated companies.

Tim, you must be in a time warp. The earlier post contains a link to historic discussions in 2016.

Ethiopian finance consultants (HST) advertised for a finance manager to deal with Govt + Kefi

Just speculating whilst waiting for them to get on with it.

You are the strange one, your useless comments are unfounded and utterly nonsensical. Any sensible investor - long term or otherwise will see this as sheer buffoonery.

Rather put money on Kefi than how large will Tory majority be.
Who can tell which way people will vote with Brexit muddying the water.
Results will be very interesting.
Personally RNS from Kefi will be far more exciting.

Yes long maybe too long odds of a labour straight majority but add the SNP seats plus still time for the conservatives to make a mistake. Plus people are just making educated guesses really over tactical voting, the time of the year, how many labour leave voters will switch...

cjm681,

Since when has KEFI died. Still very much alive. Your use of English, is like your analysis. Seriously flawed.
