Being charitable once they have financial close on Enfield they may want to attract more Institutional investment to accelerate the 300MW pipeline and being a penny share may detract. still not happy about it but sector so hot it is worth sticking with and chart is still constructive.

I imagine Farmers are pulling the strings here, so they must be happy with the actions being taken - and at least we won't be a paper monster.

It seems that before the funds for Enfield are made available the company is having to clamber over a few hurdles, hence the previous RNS setting out all the suppliers and clients etc. Maybe today's updates are the final hurdles...

following a 50:1 consolidation, what is the ord value?

Agree re share consolidation, every share I have seen do this has not performed well and that creates uncertainty to me. Complete bull $hit. To be honest due to this I am considering shedding a few. As far as Enfield is concerned I cant see any news until after the name change and consolidation / restructure. Could they be looking to place instead of using a bank for the remaining funding. If not they must have their eyes on acquisitions. The name change could work out well although companies normally do this to hide the past, which is good as the company is on a better footing than ever right now.

It's all very close on the various agreements relating to Enfield which is just massive for this Company.

Not a fan of CLN's but it is to major equity holder so can't complain too much. Good to see they are happy to continue financing the Company.

Share consolidation - sorry but b.s. reasoning never seen one that works for shareholders

Change of Name :- maybe they want to have a new start and the new name will perhaps provide that ? Maybe once name change complete they will have a new Investor Relations push ? Does also make me think they are now thinking Financial Close on Enfield could slip into Q1 2014 that's why they are getting name change done before then ?

yep. Due to the liquidity of this and other shares transferring having to buy / sell for best available prices on the spreads. Dont see why they cant just say to the broker, look this guy wants to sell and buy exactly the same amount of shares, give your £50-100 to just process it at the same price. uhhhhhh.

I think they read that (spread widened), have patience it got to as little as 1/100th of a penny at one point yesterday before it opened up again.
