yeah the consolidation is a pi$$er to be fair. Thats why I hope they have some good news to release after name change.

New IPO's the last month or so have moved well, hopefully that bodes well for the rebrand.

Wouldnt mind Newry and Enfield update early Jan, infact I can already feel it lol.

Newry 4MW EBITA £2m (full takeover expected Dec 13)
Enfield 12MW EBITA £7m (financial close expected Dec 13)

Then there is the rest of the portfolio which totals something like 150MW or thereabouts.

Market cap down here is an oppurtunity.

Even on Newry alone!!!!

From presentation - By end of year company should have 4.8MW of assets in operation and generating cash.

That is more than £2m EBITA.

Yeah would be nice to think it's all sorted and ready to go.

£10m of annualised EBITDA. crazy valuation here.

Still a bit peeved about consolidation but if they deliver on fundamentals that shouldn't matter, it'll just give opportunity to buy more cheaply as the CNR consolidation showed

I think given the late stage of the year the Enfield financial close may slip into next year. No big deal that happens when you have big long term financing deals with multiple partners. The lawyers have to make sure all the is and ts are dotted and crossed

So a thread can be created? But I think ticker is just as important as name.

REACT is indeed terrible. But KEDco was hardly evocative of what they actually do. I guess they could claim it as a clarion call to action by policy makers, consumers, other businesses etc to do something quickly to address the issue of man made climate change. Usually companies change name to cover up failed past but in this case it looks like genuinely they see a promising future for the business they have been building. If they pull off Enfield the Company is on 1x EBITDA and has multibag potential.

If you find Trickle isn't adding any value you can filter him. If you find his posts hard to miss then you may have to put up with his spam. I don't want to filter him because it is too funny taking the mick out of a quarter wit.

I'm lost. What is that post from Treacle supposed to mean? Aren't they posts from another stock's thread? If so, why are they being copied and pasted here? The nonsense on this thread for the past while is at best confusing and childish. But them I'm not a regular investor, so maybe it's just beyond me and I'm misunderstanding it. By the way, Stockonomist, whether or not to change the name ("REACT" - am I the only one to think this is a dreadful name for a company?) etc is to be voted on by shareholders at the AGM this week, so I would think it would be premature for them to issue a ticker ID. Why would it be important to have that news in advance anyway?

The Company's words are quite clear and reading between the lines given the loan is for 1 year extending to 2 years there could if anything be DELAYS on the intended timetable.


The Company expects to be in a position to announce substantial progress in the evaluation and, where appropriate, execution of these preliminary investment initiatives, prior to the close of Q1 2014.

They said that in September so must have had fairly good idea they wouldn't conclude anything in the next 3-4 months which is why they gave themselves 6-7 months and took on a loan for 1 year extendable to 2 years !
