No cash and costs are too high for production levels means they are living off the Darwin loan notes now . At any time could issue an rns suspending the shares . Another company where cash management went out the window by poor management . Not many options left here . Last one out turn the lights off

Tried very hard to work out if MEO would drill some nearby prospects especially at Douglas. I reckon it costs $4m to drill and ready to go and feel that MEO will find it a challenge to drill unless testing at Douglas gives some real hope. MEO will then have to go back to their shareholders and get more money. KEA paid for the 3d seismic so dont think they will be asked for cash. Really does depend on douglas test.

on balance imho this will be a drill for someone else with KEA.

MEO may stick more drills into PUKA though.

Anyone else considering taking anything the Common Scold (mclala / ma clooney etc.) who has ramped KEA, posts at all seriously should first look at the performance of XEL, Xcite Energy, which share she ramped incessantly and brutally for four years. The chart says it all. Indexed against a typical Smallcap or FTSE250 stock, XEL lost between 90% and 95% of its value over that period, ruining any investor.





The debate about whether it has a defence under the M'Naghten rules is moot.
