There will always be individual's that doubt everything. Some will say they need the second tranche to believe, others need the third and some will even require the fourth, lol.It's a new team in charge now, let's give them the benefit of the doubt because so far they are doing excellent and it's a thumbs up from me.

I did wonder whether the RNS re the first tranche would land today and thankfully it has! Let's see if this removes some of the uncertainty that has been hanging over the share price or will investors wait until the second tranche to be certain now?

Not sure "Mr Market" realised that Hebei Xinjian deal with Kazera Global #KZG valuing the Lithium SPV at $15m isn't their expectation of "full value". Nobody invests obviously without expecting to make a return. They clearly see value in excess of $15m.

ive been told by a city insider tonight that the market makers are about to take the brakes off...and i mean across the board especially aim stocks,he said get ready for a crazy august and told me to buy what i could and this stock..two others he mentioned were vast resources and block energy plus inspirit energy

This is probably a good, perhaps very good, deal but we need more info.

When they say it is "non-dilutive" (the very first bullet) that is no doubt a nod to Align. But our interests can be diluted by a cheap deal at a subsidiary just as by selling shares at a discount in the Topco. They don't say what are the terms of the sale from the wholly-owned mine to the marketing SPV in which we will now only own 51%, ie how much of the margin are the Namibian/Chinese investor in the SPV capturing for their money.

Obviously the investor's cash needs to start appearing but also there is plenty of scope for arguing about the value of equipment and services supplied etc which is planned to fulfil most of the notional $7.5m value which is headlined.

All a bit vague so I hope they can clarify some of this at the forthcoming presentation.

Not sure we will see an imminent RNS Monday confirming receipt of funds. Maybe a bit later in the week?
