ARCM started drilling after 5th June 2019 and announced assay results on the 2nd July. .Ok, it was a shallow hole, I know they assayed for copper and cobalt but not sure what else. .So I reckon assay results this week is a must as any longer could start to damage reputation and patience.

Whilst a few trades are arriving at KAV, trading has dropped off from a few days ago at TOM.
Both difficult to call from here except both seem to have floored at current levels on very wide spreads.
TOM more likely to bounce 100% than KAV: The latter looks more solid at these levels.

Well, it's not going to be this week. Previously this has been leaky the day or two before a RNS so keep an eye out for a pick up in volume.

ARC Minerals, Zambia
CEO has given a interview to Proactive Investors, UK
34 mins ago, Tues, 2 July 2019

Title: "Arc*s Zambia drill results exceeded expectations."
----------------------------------------------------------
Calder Capital quoted:
"My old colleagues at Anglo American have been tapping me on the shoulder and asking me how we managed to get this asset." [Arc Chairman*s interview]

My Comment:
Kavango - Paul Johnson quoted 200m of REE and 70m of cobalt per the co.
No wonder why Mr Johnson tweeted earlier. Its not 25m as per Arc but may potentially be 200m of REE and the anomaly is 7km x 5km [KAV] as opposed to Arc*s 3km x 0.8km.

DYOR. Please check as there can be copying errors etc.

ACRM [Arc Minerals] is an interesting neighbour.
Interesting timeline comparison.

Arc
05 June 2019 - mobilised drill rigs
12 June 2019 - commenced drilling programme
27 June 2019 - first two holes completed
02 July 2019 - Assay results

Kav
28 Jan 2019 - drilling to commence in early February
25 Mar 2019 - confirms DitDDH1 intersection of over 200 metres of intense alteration
16 May 2019 - DitDDH2 320m zone of intensely altered rock + 80m copper sulphide 1.5% XRF
Pending - Assay results

Less than a month compared to over 5 months.
Now there are differences e.g. local conditions, drill depths, drilling team/rig, assay in Zambia/assay in Australia but ... can't help thinking Kav already have the assay results and are doing something in the background, something beneficial for shareholders...

DYOR. Please check as there can be errors.
Check: Ditau, Boswana [KAV] over 300 m + of mineralisation [into the gabbro as well] and end of hole, mineralisation [see KAV tweet and pic]?

I can see KAV raising new money to do infill drilling at Ditau and possibly (depending on assay results) drilling deeper to the bottom of the anomaly. A couple of Mill for an infill program? Getting closer to a JORC compliant resource estimate would add more value for shareholders than farming out now to a mid tier or major.

Plus they would want to fly a copter over any new (and possibly existing) Ditau licenses to get a better understanding of whats out there. Not sure what the limits are of their existing 3D model.

Eazymoney - I just cannot see KAV going to the trouble/expense of issuing a new prospectus unless some type of corporate deal was in the offing. Much more likely in my view is that Ditau is offered up for farm in to a mid tier or major to drill it out. The cash saved can then go into drilling the main target the huge KSZ.

XRF results are not always 100% accurate, and the assays results need to be analysed and interpreted with other data before releasing to the market.

Why is TPI needed unless you are seeking funds? They have been assisting the company since the last placing - on what?

I see them raising a few mill to drill out Ditau and its going to take a new prospectus to do it. They don't want majors involved yet as I believe they want to take a discovery further up the value curve first.

You might be right, perhaps they already have the assay results and are lining up a few things before announcing, delaying the news could be in shareholders interests, e.g get surrounding prospecting licenses granted before going public.
