Well they're certainly good grades at 0.9% Co, the stuff is usually commercial at around 0.1-0.15%, like tungsten etc. As I'm not a holder and very busy not got time for posting on stuff I don't hold. Regards, Ed.

Its pretty interesting that there are sellers at 2.5p when this is a short hole the first on a random target and they hit shallow ore over 70m equiv to 1.5g/ton peaking at 7g ton gold equiv, over 100gt meters , any gold explorer would be doing cartwheels....

It could take another 4-6 weeks to complete compliant assay tests and prepare a report. By which time another 2 holes will have been drilled.

Yeah, appreciate that cpap man hence why I said 'quoted' spread. Just puts people off buying/selling.

Up to 0.9% and they didn't reach their target yet. Makes you wonder what might be down there.

Quoted spread is shocking.

Its interesting to me that they are even giving out results from an xrf usually miners are only putting out an rns when they have assay results out, but I guess as its the first hole they are excited they hit a decent grade, there are not a lot of places a Virgin drill will ever hit .9pct cobalt, 12 months ago that would have caused a frenzy ....

Must be nice to be the monopoly market maker getting hit on both sides of a 25pct wide spread

My understanding is that you only get higher cobalt grades like this with higher nickel grades. You don't get low nickel/high cobalt as it's a byproduct

Catsick - As they are listed on the main market they can only raise 20% of their market cap in a 12 month period which they did last month. Definitely no further funding for 12 months +

True jone06 but I do think I won't be buying any under 3p now. Never say never I suppose but I doubt it.

.2pct cobalt ok but if this is the only value from the copper zinc nickel etc then probably not good enough alone, will maybe get a spike that they can do another placing into which I guess is what they are hoping for ...

Very much looks economic to me Michael Foster, Chief Executive Officer of Kavango Resources, commented: "We are extremely encouraged that the first hole encountered a 70 metre zone containing significant sulphide alteration together with indicative cobalt values of up to 0.9% and a weighted average of 0.2% cobalt as well as elevated copper, zinc, lead and nickel values*. The indicative metal values need to be confirmed by laboratory analysis but are suggestive of mineralisation at depth. In the meantime, a second hole is now in progress and sited on a second conductive body (supported by surface soil geochemistry) situated 1.8km east of the first hole, within the Ditau intrusion. This hole is already advancing to plan and is benefitting from the new water well. We will continue to announce further drilling results from Ditau in a timely fashion."
