In addition, 4 rock samples collected from mapping have been sent to SGS for assay.

Just wondering if these were from Igari hill that was previously mentioned in the drill commencement.

Not sure if you seen this but if they can replicate a similar amount then could be of interest to our Chinese friends in future.

Kabanga, Tanzania to develop world’s largest nickel deposit

May be worth posting on the LSE site if possible.

Be interesting to see what results they get for these 3 products, you have to wonder if sufficient Lithium would be viable, although perhaps as a bi product could bring some income in for a potential miner.

Element Concentration (low) Concentration (high)
Au, Gold 1 ppb 10,000 ppb
Pd, Palladium 1 ppb 10,000 ppb
Pt, Platinum 5 ppb 10,000 ppb

Couple of thousand ppb would be good.

Wonder if the recent placing was to carry out the diamond drilling, and will they leave the rig on site to carry this out.

Lot of talk several years ago about the other mineral prospects at haneti when under Kibo. Lithium also mentioned

Interesting

Fire assay is the industry standard process for obtaining gold and platinum group element (PGE) concentrations from high-grade ores..

May be of use when results are announced.

Gold, Palladium and Platinum are determined in geological materials by lead fusion and Inductively Coupled Plasma-Optical Emission Spectroscopy (ICP-OES) and Inductively Coupled Plasma-Mass Spectroscopy (ICP-MS) after collection by fire assay. The sample is mixed with fluxing agents to assist with melting and promote separation from waste (gangue) materials from the precious metals. After cooling, the gangue is separated and discarded as a glassy slag from the precious metal containing lead button. This button is further heated on an absorbing magnesium oxide crucible to remove the lead and trace amounts of base metals. A small silver prill is left containing the precious metals. The silver prill is digested in aqua regia then analyzed by ICP-OES and ICP-MS.

Element Concentration (low) Concentration (high)

Pd, Palladium 1 ppb 10,000 ppb

Finding some Palladium wouldn't hurt either.

Good stuff, rapid progress made by the Tanzanian drill team and job done. Roll on the assay results.

No doubt we will get the same sell on news traders so may be an opportunity to get in around the 2.20 again

Haneti

Looks like we could get quite a few announcements from Haneti, results from first target must be close to completion. Second drill target complete.

Seems to be staying in a range of between 2.20 and 2.40. Couple of months ago it was 1.90 to 2.10 so slowly but surly making some sort of progress I suppose.

Unless there is a large delayed sell this should be up not down lol.

Just watched Nomad interview, they are predicting gold price to be around $3,000 in couple of years time. :-)

I'm guessing that these small trades are spreadbets opening and closing hence the movements in the price on very low volumes. Do they actually make any money its like putting 50p on a horse each way lol.
