Louis is based mainly in Tanzania have his number but he is not picking up at present lol. Yes well done Yaki
Blyvoor tailings themselves are a winner. Does seem a bit of a mess. Personally think something could still be resolved and all not lost yet. But not just on Kat side but also Blyvoor side, they seemed quite happy when giving us access to Blyvoor and letting us spend £1.5m plus, plus merger application after date they peter say ended chatting with us. Prob because Richard was dealing with it... Initially they were talking but now they too have gone into no comment mode and have to go via lawyers.

I suspect given situation, he must be still stuck in the UK, maybe camping at one of the power plans, lol!

But might also explain what is going on with the Skeat and Brits saga as he is not there on the ground to sort it out

Nomad has a certain responsibility here as well. Fact still remains no mention of time limit on the tailings funding.

Also Skeat reckons he hasn’t spoke to Louis the clown in 18 months. What has the clown been doing all this time

Has he gone back to South Africa or still in the UK avoiding Covid.

Already talking 'over there' of sueing the cretins. Just to remind, - talk of sueing isn't new. There is plenty of evidence of LCs previous misleading (careless at the least) statements re the 'value' of his other fantasies. (A lot aided and abetted by incompetent, gullible. 'research' outfits and brokers) They caused even greater losses to shareholders, who in Kibo used to boast they had a big enough combined shareholding to force change. Nothing was done of course, and now its too late - they having been diluted to oblivion meanwhile. Maybe LC will, at last, scuttle back to 'Seth Efrika' - and maybe take the other two Mast Cabelleros with him.(That's unless of course the City fraud squad don't feel his collar first !_)

This is a complete shambles. Current announcement tells us about the effect of the problem, but not the specific cause. They may well consider the current position but whether they really have any recourse is a different matter.

Not once did LC mention there was a time limit on getting funding sorted. He must have known this just failed to announce a very important part of the deal.

Blyvoor Gold now having all the information required don’t need target or Katoro to sell the tailings to investors as the job has already been done for them. Cut out the middle men and take more of a cut for Skeat & co.

From the Jan 2020 initial announcement
"In the event that the Project Funding is not secured, the conditions of the Agreement will not have been satisfied and the JV will not be formed, meaning that the Company will have no interest in the JV and/or the Tailings."
And of course the present uncertainty means project funding (funders must be hopping mad at the time they will have wasted) can not be anywhere near secured.
So we have all, really, been warned ! (Its what the Nomad will, weaselly, say !)
