08/11/2021 17:54 | UK I suppose even if you think the product is good if the CEO is bent then it will fail. Lesson is do research on the product and the BOD lol. | grahamwales
08/11/2021 16:08 | gw good luck with your investments also. Sorry you had to learn the hard way on this one . | uknighted
08/11/2021 08:48 | Don't know about others. But I only came on board Kat for Blyvoor. Haneti will be a gigantic hole in shareholders pockets for years to come, so I wonder what spin Si gave the newbies. | lurker5
08/11/2021 07:31 | He can’t even get the announcement in the correct company though lol | grahamwales
08/11/2021 07:22 | Opportunity to get rid of perhaps. Looks like Blyvoor isn’t happening anymore. | grahamwales

03/11/2021 10:52 | I see Louis Conman has secured his salary for another couple of years over at KIBO. Only just seen that article with Skeat. If correct then LConman has misled the market and should suffer the consequences. Even if not correct then a statement from LConman should be provided. | grahamwales
01/11/2021 22:24 | Major condition precedent to the resructure and listing going ahead " by no later than 17h00 on 1 November 2021 , irrevocable written confirmation from Blyvoor Gold Capital (Proprietary) Limited (a company separate from TMC, and the previous owner of the Project) that it accepts the payment of ZAR140,000,000 (£7m) in full and final settlement of any and all claims it may have against TMC or BGO;" (See press report mentioed a few days ago) So, an RNS tomorrow (Nov 2nd) morning - or if not, then ???? | lurker5
30/10/2021 16:17 | Anybody who has followed LC's pronouncements over the years will have recognised over-optimism almost to the point of self-delusion, and ignorance of business economics and financial planning, as well as a propensity to 'bend' announcements and accompanying figures, with the obvious intention - whether deliberate or not - of misleading investors. Its not for nothing he can be described as an amalgam of Walter Mitty, Robert Maxwell, and Pinocchio. Look back over his whole history since bringing his first packet of duds over from S Africa - when those he bought them from sold out immediately he listed in London. They obviously knew their Louis | lurker5
30/10/2021 13:18 | Ha ha, a nice dig I met LC many times. He can be everything else but he is not crook or a conman! Obviously with the share price across his 3 companies being subdued, very strongly in the case of KIBO and KAT, that for sure is reflection of his actions and skills! Btw, how's your NCCL tip going? From 10p to somewhat lower figure? lurker5 29 Oct '21 - 22:42 - 3288 of 3290 Its precisely because they don't trust LC that the Blyvoor potential funders (either loan providers or offtakers - there certainly won't be many key equity investors) will have insisted on a separate listing with LC out of the picture. Just look back to his first Jan 2020 puff - and the spike it produced - and the reality now ! (Yet someone on here has trusted him for ten years !) | yaki

29/10/2021 15:13 | He's probably been promised a nice salary and with him/KAT holding 30% he can stay on the board for as long as he want's without them having the ability to kick him off. 30% of nothing is nothing as far as I can see. Were stuffed mate this will now become a margin trading share with punters looking for small profits. He can sell a small amount of shares to keep a salary here for him and his cronies for years to come without actually doing anything positive to enhance the share price. POW must regret ever getting involved with such a crooked man. | grahamwales
29/10/2021 14:53 | Yes personally I see no good outcome for us shareholders in Katoro giving away the tailings JV. The fact we own 30% means nothing at the moment at from the looks of it the market does not really love it. There was a spike two days ago but we’re back to where we started | andysmi
29/10/2021 14:46 | Andy Best of luck mate, LC is making a fool out of us private investors which really pees me off. 63% in red for me but can't keep holding these much longer as can't see any revenue for now or the future. Blyvoor should have given us some revenue to at least cover future costs at Haneti but he's gone and done a deal to give him a directorship and fk the shareholders. Covid is to good for him. He's a bloody conman. | grahamwales
29/10/2021 14:36 | Definitely sorry to see you go Graham - you were an active voice on this forum, but I am completely understanding your points which are valid for me. However I am still holding. My investment has almost no value at the moment 70% in red anyway | andysmi |
