If you can transfer over in isa and your investment is under £20k
Your total investment is tax free
As long as it’s in isa

Hi Bonnie
If you haven’t already used any isa allowance
Open self investment isa with your broker
And do a transaction as the broker sells your
Existing amount under £20k and re buys the amount in one transaction in isa pot , all gains tax free
You will lose a little but broker do it all the time.
My other is pension, 25. % tax free

There will be absolutely nothing on the diamonds until CGNR have topped up their holding to 7.5% .NI results will take this over 7.5P for 5 consecutive days then 30 days of insider dealing silence could be a tricky period with lots of selling to get the share price down for cheap re entry before the takeover diamond province news before the AGM

94,492,749 in issue as of now .
Warrants if all issued ,we could be well over 120 mil an rise 2mil for pot .
But if a takeover is looming ? They the buyer will want a market cap controlled and what's the point of rising 2mil for take over and dilute yourself ,plus any surplus will be back in pot to share out.
The 9th Dec 18% raised in May 21 for one for one warrants will expire .porb around 15% now ? Once these are expired ? if so be it ?
Allow CGNR to convert warrants and monicor if any left?
Will just keep it under 100 mil...........job done ?
What way will this pan out ??

I would like to see some news soon especially on the diamond front its been so long I would like to see the Finnish line in sight .I'm hoping this is all wrapped up and sold some time next year but I don't know if we will be that lucky its taken years to get the permit and still don't seem any nearer on that !
