They the buyer will want a market cap controlled and what's the point of rising 2mil for take over and dilute yourself ,plus any surplus will be back in pot to share out. The 9th Dec 18% raised in May 21 for one for one warrants will expire .porb around 15% now ? Once these are expired ? if so be it ? Allow CGNR to convert warrants and monicor if any left?
