26/10/2018 13:30 | KDR getting on a doing a vbulk sample would trigger the Rio JV decision - they have no need to do anything now | bageo
26/10/2018 12:38 | Stalker alert | goldeneye5
26/10/2018 11:14 | Could next week be our week? it's time for KDR to do something to change things. Are Rio pulling the strings and is this the reason Karelian Diamonds has zero PR? There hasn't even been an initiation of coverage note from the broker. Why do KDR not do any PR? Is it because they they do not need to, or want to, or does Rio Tinto insist that they don't do any? KDR can't raise money at current share price because of the shareholder unrest that would cause. Why don't RIo Tinto just do a JV with KDR. What are they waiting for.... Diamonds? | goldeneye5

18/10/2018 20:12 | So thats all the latest drilling news that the recent 4.5 placing achieved .Prof delighted as usual yet still no diamonds and also no money left so what price is the next placing at ? And so it goes on by this time next year this will be lucky to be still above a penny ! There will be another placing before the end of November inorder to get the prelims signed off and this still a going concern .But the games up it was once a quick buck for the usual suspects and are they going to stump up hard earned cash on a company whos share price is only going one way I doubt it !!not unless its very deeply discounted . | rbonnier
18/10/2018 17:01 | Usual RNS with nothing of any substance to it. no doubt the Placing RNS at around 3p wont be far behind it . | rbonnier
18/10/2018 16:19 | Huge amount of googling went on today. Orangeites - LOL. | kevjones2
18/10/2018 11:36 | Mineral Chemistry has pointed to similarities for many years to Africa. The Source of the 2nd rarest coloured diamond in the world that carries huge premium now discovered. Add group 1 eclogitie announced 2 weeks ago and that drills will no doubt have been angled. Only KDR could announce a Kimberlite discovery and have no interest!!! 2011 the first group 1 eclogite grain was discovered and then 2015 Riihivaara Kimberlite discovered with a 20kg sample over 50% group 1 eclogitic. RTZ covered £300k worth of sampling and drill results due any day to confirm macro diamond count. Within the RTZ agreement RTZ have the option to join in on exploration to speed things up. With this new discovery just 11.5KM from the Riihivaara discovery and new claims in at Lentiira and Huskavaara the Kuhmo area looking like a new diamond Provence. | shambaby
18/10/2018 10:21 | Perhaps more to follow ? | shane titley 1
18/10/2018 09:53 | I can't make up my mind, either I'm blind and can't see the wood for trees or they are lining up another raise. Surely these are good results, at least they are from recent drilling so something is happening on site. I don't know if it's gonna make us all millionaire's or send us to the food bank haha 😂 | spencertracy63
10/10/2018 16:53 | Black and decker is either burnt out or waiting for a travel plug to arrive! ;-)! | shane titley 1
10/10/2018 12:50 | One way is provided by private equity firms whose main goal is to invest in promising private companies with the goal to realise gains in an exit opportunity. If the end game here for example is say within 3 to 5 years this is a far more preferred way than keep diluting existing shareholders to nothing . | rbonnier
10/10/2018 12:28 | They can raise funds quite easily after a delist . | rbonnier
10/10/2018 08:30 | No chance of delisting. The board did a 25-1 so that the small shareholders kept an interest. Like DP says the board know how desperate things are. Only drill results will do now | johnnygrainger
10/10/2018 08:18 | If the Company delisted, how would they be able to raise funds to 'keep the gravy train going'? If they can't raise finance through usual market means, they certainly wouldn't be able to do so away from the market! Next few months here are going to be pivotal. I feel our Board know that they are running out of time now. Recent events at CGNR, and also here with KDR to a certain degree have highlighted the fact that people are now sceptical of the usual news releases, and the share price does not react to 'nothing' news any more! Needs to be something tangible that has a worth attached to it! I'm not convinced that KDR are anywhere near a position to release news of that nature yet. | duplicate book
09/10/2018 23:09 | The worry i have is this ticks all the boxes for a delisting .With the current share price on its knees and the stock so iliquid it makes it so unattractive to any new investment all credibilty is out the window along with CGNR making it very difficult to raise funds .Another placing before drilling news will just about send this back to 1p so there are many advantages for the company to delist from AIM one being it will keep the gravy train going a lot longer than being listed. | rbonnier
09/10/2018 16:26 | If we ever get them? | shane titley 1
06/10/2018 10:38 | Placing will depend on drilling results. | johnnygrainger
04/10/2018 12:55 | Like a 3.25p placing that will be needed before the end of November otherwise the auditors wont be able to sign this off ad a going concern.probably explains why you can currently buy 250k below the mid price and sell none. | rbonnier |
