The current situation here regarding the share price is bleak and the BOD are to blame for that professor conroy and Maureen are 100% responsible for the share price being 0.5 and no one else.I don't think anyone can make any case for trying to ramp up the share price as there really is nothing what so ever in the public domain to support it .

Sorry for intruding but reading the last few posts here is just like reading CGNR's bb for the last 10 years. It seems people are finally copping on. I suggest you try what I did a few years ago on CGNR - get a representative group and arrange face to face meetings with the bod, get written commitments within reason, most importantly get time-frames.

Strangely, the person who thwarted every effort I made to achieve unity amongst PIs is the poster now getting kudos for complaining over the exact same kind of things I was with CGNR.

The situation at CGNR was about 50 times worse than here. Imagine how'd you feel if a poster repeatedly defended the company despite all the evidence proving the contrary. I expect said poster is just setting himself up for another 5 years of ramping nonsense i.e. but look what I posted on the 25th October etc...

Many thanks DB if there was another fund raising down here I think it would probably kill it and then they would have to do what they did over at CGNR a capital reorganisation 1 new share for every 100 held if that happens and still no material news just the usual spiel then we have all lost our money.
That's the big risk .

RBonnier......no. Haven't sold one share and have recently added another million! Still living in hope. The story here is compelling, and I do feel that we, as shareholders, will one day be rewarded. I don't think the rewards will be as lucrative as some on here seem to feel, but I can see us trading at multiples of today's share price. Just need our leaders to sort themselves out. The only thing that I am very concerned about is the fact that if we have to raise capital down at these prices, it would be a disaster in relation to dilution and also any further overhang of shares. Would be a vicious circle that would be difficult to get out of.

Hi DB

Was just wondering have you been reducing your position here recently ?
Or are you still holding a load on the off chance something remotely positive happens that will actually move the share price up.

Many thanks
RB

Goldeneye5.....You seem to have grasped the fundamental flaw here. Lots of positive news to keep those interested, 'interested', but no practical follow up, or follow through on most of it! Quite a few carrots have been dangled over the years haven't they. That list could be two or three times longer if you wanted to carry on giving examples, but the most telling is the last one on your list, and that is ultimately down to our Board. There are no excuses for the previous, where are the results/updates? Seen this modus operandi somewhere before?............

10145 Best post on this thread my interest would be if the board are not interested in doing any of it apart from rns the usual spiel where the share price either goes no where or down what next .

Whilst there is a great chance of a sparkling future for KDR. Management would do well to remember what the first line on their website says:"Karelian Diamond Resources ("Karelian") is a company whose objective is to make substantial returns for shareholders"Many people are supportive of the company and have invested their hard earned cash. I believe that KDR will ultimately meet their objective as stated above. However there are a few things which need to be addressed before the AGM.1. PR and communication with shareholders still remains poor.2. Website is still poor. Information on the website is still seriously lacking. 3. Riihivaara. We were told a few years ago now that this was "likely to be diamondiferous". It's not acceptable (irrespective of RTZs involvement here) to have provided nothing further on this since then.4. Seitapera. Can't remember when we were last updated on this. Has this just been left at the bulk sample stage for a future date. That's ok! But tell shareholders5. The company should be strengthening the share price along the journey. This encourages further investment. A 0.5p share price for six months to a year is unacceptable.

No the next move is discovering fairy dust and transforming the world into a paradise filled with untold riches - but only of course if you hold KDR!!!!!

Lahtojoki being remodelled to identify optimum locations for further drilling and bulk sampling. Is the next move bulk sampling at Lahtojoki and Seitapera at the same time, thus triggering a Joint Venture with Rio Tinto?Very good chance of this.

Could not agree more. Lets hope the tick up reflects the sellers have cleared, at least the 0.45 ones.

Think Northern Ireland needs to start to think a little about their economy for the future. Isn't their economy 60% public sector or something crazy like that. That's not sustainable. They should be glad and embracing any company that is prepared to come in and explore. This is even more important given the Brexit situation.

Totally agree Stevehoops. http://www.impartialreporter.com/news/15594962.Exploration_firm_seeks_licence_to_find_diamonds_in_Brookeborough/I also notice Sinn Fein councillors are against the granting of an exploration licence in Fermanagh but all for a mine in Monaghan, because of the jobs it would provide....???

Thanks for link shambaby. Sounds like the Green Party don't really have a clue and will just complain for the sake of complaining. To think they once formed part of a coalition govt in the ROI. My how the electorate really regretted that and wiped them out next time. Where is Trevor Sargent now....think someone told me he is a priest. How can anyone take the Green Party serious when they are complaining about an exploration licence. They don't help themselves!

Lahtojoki diamondiferous kimberlite for the PEA, (without the adjacent ground) was only 1.6 hectares.Seitapera diamondiferous kimberlite is 6.9 hectares. I wonder what Seitapera might be worth to KDR?
