Not a glimmer of hope from anywhere even the seller has had to put the brakes on to protect the 0.45 bid they must be desperate to sell now.

I would suggest a close look over the accounts to quash your concerns regarding loans if any exists has to be documented.

Looks like anyone will be able to buy at 0.5 for years to come any newbies should do their research but the fact that the overhang is a permanent thing the share price can only go down and will not go up .

As mentioned previously on here my fear is that history is repeating itself. CGNR have a small resource which they are hoping to mine to fund exploration on other potentially richer targets without giving away much. They release updates in the hope of increasing share price to support further placing, however share price drifts down and placing results in ever more dilution. With CGNR we got to the point of consolidation. KDR story looks too similar for comfort even smaller resource, working on many targets with only the RIO agreement as a potential source of shareholder value. I am worried this is their only modus operandi and the definition of insanity is repeating the same actions and expecting a different result.

The Prof might hang on, but if the resolution to put the 'Rebels' on the Board succeeds, then it would be very awkward for him to get anything sorted Company wise without the others approval. They have totally underestimated the support for change and have paid the price, and what happens going forward with CGNR could have a far reaching effect on us here at KDR!

I think prof may hang on the rebels haven't done themselves any favours on two counts.

1. Not showing up for the egm

2. Proposing removal of Garth Earls

Number 2 looks like throwing toys out of the pram for attention

Hi does anyone know how much KDR owes CGNR ?
Things are turning very nasty at CGNR prof looks like going along with Maureen now and JT looks to have vengeance in mind .If prof loses all control at cgnr what would we do if they called in the loan would prof bail us out ? or would we need bailing out ?
