27/10/2020 12:40 | VOLVO27 Oct '20 - 09:53 - 2096 of 2099 0 0 0 Some chunky buys from yesterday 33k and 35k shares (£51k and £54k) seems like news is leaking....following through today. ——- These were mine | john09
27/10/2020 12:31 | Yes 200p would seem first port of call on any good news. Seems like plenty of new sign ups at PIA and CyberGhost if you trawl the net. All we need is...we are buying this cyber security company which will earning enhancing in the current year, and oh by the way trading is above the current highs of expectations. Wishful thinking. Time will tell. | volvo
27/10/2020 12:29 | Kape gets a mention in this article published earlier today. | sev22

27/10/2020 09:53 | Some chunky buys from yesterday 33k and 35k shares (£51k and £54k) seems like news is leaking....following through today. | volvo

26/10/2020 11:44 | Looking like its time to buy again SCSW said klystron time its expecting an Acquisition “ Erlichman says the pipeline for M&A is healthy. I think he might magic a rabbit out of the hat soon enough” | john09
26/10/2020 11:25 | Starting to smell like a funding for a new acquisition. | volvo
26/10/2020 08:53 | Gagging for an update showing things are going in the right direction...feels like a coiled spring. I believe new sign ups are strong and trading continues at the upper end of forecasts...hoping for a beat obviously...then 200p comes and goes. As with all recessions, some will do better than others. | volvo
25/10/2020 12:03 | Surprised they achieve 67% as so many very good free antivirus, and unpaid cleaner good. Different market. Didn't know anyone actually paid for Avast still! Just legacy business | shaker44
25/10/2020 11:12 | For comparison, the following is from Avast’s 2019 FY results - states customer retention rates of 67%. “ The largest component of the Avast business, Consumer Direct Desktop, performed strongly in the year. Adjusted Billings of $668.3m were up 8.9% at actual rates, with organic growth of 11.7%. Adjusted Revenue of $632.9m grew 9.1% at actual rates, with organic growth of 10.7%, in line with guidance of low double-digit growth. ยท Customer retention rates have increased to 67%, driven by lower churn in paid anti-virus and CCleaner products, and growth in Average Products per Customer. All three key operating metrics-End of Period Customers, Average Products per Customer, and Average Revenue Per Customer- tracked in line with growth guidance of low single digit, mid single digit and mid single digit respectively. While the number of users has remained within a consistent range, we have started to see lower value returns from our PPI investments, and expect that trend to continue.” | achenaton
25/10/2020 09:00 | Suspect there is a acquisition due | abarclay
25/10/2020 02:18 | I thought Nord stronger/faster but costs a little more and Surfshark optimum for value. I assume Kape survey the 20% they lose annually to find out where they emigrate to? And why. Key data | shaker44
25/10/2020 00:06 | Err not exactly and no mention of PIA | t0pgrader
23/10/2020 19:29 | CyberGhost....right at the top again. Got to assume they are signing up? | volvo
22/10/2020 17:17 | ...From the September results 'Overall, the Group's retention rate remained very high at 80% (31 December 2019: 81%)' They think very high, you think low...just what is the market average? Q... is CyberGhost, Intego and Private Internet Access not real, because I think they are? | volvo
22/10/2020 13:03 | Funeral directors have more returning customers | purplepelmets
22/10/2020 12:30 | next trading statement isn't due til January | wynmck
22/10/2020 12:18 | Agree fairly standard, but when it was sent the H2 had just finished 3 months trading so visibility for year end is clearly in sight. New sign ups for PIA in August was 8000, if that were to continue 96000 yearly based on $50 a sign, thats getting on for $5m. Either way very cash generative. I expect news on the closure of a new acquisition soon accompanied by a strong trading statement. Lets see. | volvo
22/10/2020 12:08 | Standard reply as usual. It's now either a steal or a falling knife. Hard to gauge but surely almost bottomed out | shaker44
22/10/2020 11:55 | 2nd October direct from the company. 'The management of Kape notes the recent movement in the company's share price but is not aware of any material reason behind the price movement. As outlined in the company’s recent interim results announcement, trading in the first six months of 2020 was towards the upper range of management's expectations. The board also remains confident of the group achieving the full year guidance, and in the growth prospects for the group in 2021 and beyond'. | volvo
22/10/2020 11:18 | Since when share price is down c25% | shaker44 |
