Thank you for your email. The management of Kape notes the recent movement in the company's share price but is not aware of any material reason behind the price movement.


As outlined in the company’s recent interim results announcement, trading in the first six months of 2020 was towards the upper range of management's expectations. The board also remains confident of the group achieving the full year guidance, and in the growth prospects for the group in 2021 and beyond.

Touching a lot of wood it does seem to be bottoming. Not topping up as already have significant holding. All the fundamentals still apply, good results.

Hopefully the drifting is coming to an end, down 25pc on nothing except good news.

No i'm looking for a news on the big recruitment drive at PIA and CyberGhost, both best value and excellent write ups as lockdown mk2 looms.

Also I expect news on a new M and A activity related to cyber security company.

Its abit of a dominos effect going on here. After some profit taking, naked traders and his followers were stopped out creating another fall, which panicked other holders to sell. I see a few on twitter have become paranoid and sold up as well.i tend to look at the bigger picture and don't let short term noise effect my investing. Unfortunately I wished I'd had been abit more patient with my top ups, but hey hey it's always easy to say after the event.

Can't buy anymore, pretty loaded up at 180p.

CyberGhost and PIA have been on a serious sign up promotion.

Hopefully been successful and full year results are above expectations.

As always many good comments here. I've had shares like this before where everthing seems perfect but the price, at least for now, does now does not reflect this. hw to play it that is the issue here? I'm down to about a holding of 5000 from 20000 a month ago. I'll be happy to buy again once I see a change in direction.31.60 looks key, after that who knows!

BEGO, BEGO, BEGO

It's nearly always BEGO who have the big seller. Big move down considering the multiples aren't excessive:

All time highs around 220 down to 160
More recent highs of 200 down to 160

Looks like a buying opportunity presenting itself here. Clearly everyone has been shouting about the fundamentals and recent favourable trends which look set to result in an forecast beat imo.

It's a horrible short term trend though and it can takes a capitulation type move down to bottom out but very hard to call the bottom. Looks like some lumpy support around these levels but there is alot of stock available to buy atm so it might need to head lower first.

150 to entice the buyers in and begin a bottoming process? We all know the market loves numbers like that.

If they do come out with a forecast beating statement, regardless of where it goes near term, suspect it will re-test £2.

I nearly bought some of these on Friday - slightly glad I didn't now ( I am well aware a statement could change that!)

I have been looking at these for a while I thought it was a really good statement last week - I just don't know what I am missing. I wonder if it is just PIs bored and selling out or have I missed something more fundamental. The numbers looked good.

Out of 225000 I believe 108000 are buys I counted the delayed 20000 at 8.32 as a buy as I do not think you could have sold at 161 when smaller sells were going through at 160. Fairly even book

Sea of red today. Can't see a single buy among the last 50 trades. Surprised so many selling at c160p on an up day for markets. Maybe an adverse write up somewhere?

Turnover this financial year £100m, forecast EBITDA £30m, market cap £256m.

That is cheap on any basis.
