28/9/2020 10:34 | This selling has got to be completely and utterly overdone. Just look at the fundamentals | buying
28/9/2020 10:24 | Could be a potential target at this level? | johndoe23
28/9/2020 09:34 | Yep, didn't expect these to continue to fall, you would think kape are one of the safer bets out there... | igoe104
28/9/2020 09:10 | Don't think I can stomach this for much longer, time to reevaluate this position.... | msehs

28/9/2020 07:53 | Others here have suggested reasons for the recent share weakness , such as Kape being an Israeli company and that Tedi Sagi holds such a large amount of shares . However , that hasn’t apparently harmed the growth of his previous companies or indeed other Israeli companies . I wonder whether the projections for the full year , announced with the half-year figures on 15th September , might provide an explanation . Thus , whereas revenues for the first half were $ 59 M , they are projected to be € 120-123 for the full year , therefore $ 61 - 64 M for the second half , which is a minimal increase . On the other hand , EBITDA is forecast to rise from $ 16 M in the first half to $ 35 - 38 M for the full year , which implies are more impressive increase in second-half EBITDA to $ 19 - 22 M , but much if this increase could be ascribed to the stripping out of duplicated costs in PIA . Given that cyber-security is in such a growth phase , I find the full-year projections to be extremely conservative , especially as Kape ( excluding PIA ) grew by 12% . Personally I expect the full-year figures to be noticeably higher than projected . | mrnumpty
27/9/2020 19:43 | Three points : 1/. According to the Hargreaves Lansdown site , LF Gresham House UK Micro Cap fund have 3.38% of the £ 255.15 million value of the fund in Kape , which equates to £ 8.62 million of Kape shares ( Kape is shown as the eighth-largest holding in the fund ) . With a market cap of £ 264 million for Kape at the moment , that exceeds the 3% threshold at which shareholdings have to be declared by companies as a " major shareholder " ; 2/. Small Company Share Watch tipster magazine claimed on the front page of its September copy that the next monthly edition would reach subscribers on 10th October , but it often reaches subscribers a week earlier if the editor needs to make an urgent declaration . SCSW has long been a fan of Kape , having acquired 10,000 shares @ 93.5p in April 2018 for its Growth Portfolio 3 fund ; 3/. At the current price , the share price is significantly below the twenty day moving average . | mrnumpty
27/9/2020 19:28 | SCSW website says next edition on 3rd October. | mfhmfh

24/9/2020 16:25 | Won't happen. There will always be buyers and sellers, depends which dominates. Volume of sellers in the 160's today seems surprising. | shaker44
24/9/2020 16:19 | ...so what happens when all the sellers have sold, and the share price stabilises? | volvo
24/9/2020 11:17 | nasdaq/tech sell off in the US is reflecting on tech shares here in the UK. not unexpected as September is volatile. when this general tech sell off is over this should fly. IMHO. thoughts of Jim Cramer regarding this: | mfhmfh

24/9/2020 10:38 | With people being encouraged to work from home once more KAPE's customer base will only increase again. KAPE are looking particularly good value at these levels imho. | rivaldo
24/9/2020 10:01 | shaker, churn retainment was 81pc last year and 80pc this year, no great drop off. Re prices, big difference Expressvpn £6.62 per month, £79.49 for 12months contract. Cyberghost £2.15 per month for 18 month contract, £38.70 for 18 months contract. To your average punter that's half price and 6 months more...should tempt a few over imo. time will tell | volvo
24/9/2020 09:47 | Let's hope they start to focus on the leaky bucket too, with 20% of customers leaving. Getting pretty cut throat now with #1 rated Expressvpn fighting to build share. | shaker44
24/9/2020 09:35 | CyberGhost on an all out assault in an effort to grab market share, 18months for price of 12months plus add ons, now cheapest priced quality VPN. Bold move which will hopefully see strong results. Also from results....'Since period end the Group has experienced strong growth in PIA subscribers, driven by Kape's user-acquisition initiatives' ...time will tell | volvo
23/9/2020 19:09 | Tree shake haha. It’s not the 80’s mate The reason it falling is because the directors sold at the top of the market and the company made 200k from huge revenue It’s a good business but someone’s having it off the right price until next results or update is 145 | limay
23/9/2020 18:44 | You would think on a day like today it would continue north, bloody frustrating to give up yesterday's gains, but I suppose it's a good entry point now | recut more |
