I suggest that readers consult the long post here , dated 3/2/2020 , by rivaldo , in which he provided the extensive article in the December 2019 edition of Small Company Share Watch . As rivaldo pointed out , SCSW stated that " ... now on a prospective p/e of 12.2 , the shares [ at £ 1.48 at the time of the article ] are D-I-R-T cheap .. " . The article concluded with " Even at 200p the p/e would only be 16 . Grab it with both hands " . So , what has happened in the intervening two months to affect the outlook for Kape ? Presumably there are no supply chain issues from China , and it doesn't operate in that country . A glance at stock market indices will show that there was a nasty drop in share prices overall in August 2018 , but who remembers that ? Gut-wrenching times . However , the numbers from the USA ( the last market to close before the weekend ) were not as awful in previous days : Dow Jones down 1.39% ( I think it was down at one point on Friday by nearly 4% , so perhaps a bit of a recovery ) ; Nasdaq actually up ! ( but only by 0.01% ) . By the way rivaldo , how did you manage it - when I or others have quoted from SCSW on ADVFN , we have been publicly beheaded by the internet vigilantes ! However , as you wrote , the article was over a month old .

I see that Paul Scott at stockopedia will be having a chat with the UPGS CEO on thursday to talk about China supply chains. Should be interesting to find out more from the interview.
UPGS could absolutely fly ona PE of 6 from memory
