Black Friday bargain , P/E/R is only 11

Way too cheap

Simon Thompson in the Investors Chronicle says "analysts at brokerage N+1 Singer estimate the intrinsic value of the shares is
between 176p and 228p, the mid-point of which seems a sensible fair value to me based on a 2020 target PE ratio of 16.5."
In other words, 202p

]A business growing 90% next year and then 30% could be on a PE of 20 to 30 so the price could be a range of 300p-400p

N+1Singer Broker Valuation

This is what they say

Given the various differing segments within the Kape business at present, we believe a sum-of-the-parts approach to
valuation is appropriate in determining the intrinsic value per share. Data Privacy and Malware sales are both
undertaken on a SaaS – based model, commanding a higher multiple than Performance sales as a result of higher
revenue visibility and higher growth. We attach a multiple to Data Privacy revenues of 3.0x FY’20E EV/Sales, Malware
revenues of 2.5x, and Performance a 1.5x multiple. We do however note that Performance revenues are being
transitioned to a SaaS model, with revenue visibility likely to improve over time and further, that other Data Privacy
companies, such as Avast, trade at a significant premium to our target multiple (6x vs. 3x), such that both offer the
opportunity for a re-rating over time.
Our approach generates a new Group enterprise value of $500m inclusive of the acquisition. This SOTP method also
represents the mid point in range our when applying 12-15 EV/EBITDA multiples for FY20 forecasts.

Under this
methodology we estimate an intrinsic value of c.£1.76-2.28/share.

Flat base break out on volume. All moving averages were trending flat. Barchart has good flip chart and template to find them. AFC energy was similar.

Investors chronicle

Mr O’Sullivan has raised his revenue estimate
by 45 per cent from $83.1m to $121m, almost doubled his cash profit estimate to $35.6m, up from $14.3m forecast in
2019, and is pencilling in a 2020 pre-tax profit of $31.4m, or almost 150 per cent higher than his 2019 forecast.
On this basis, Shore Capital upgraded its diluted EPS estimates by 70 per cent to 15.6ยข (12.2p), implying 129 per
cent year-on-year growth. In other words, even after rallying by more than 50 per cent on news of the PIA acquisition,
Kape’s shares are still only rated on a forward PE ratio of 10.

PE of 11. Ridiculous cheap. High visibility growth. The press for the merger will boost VPN sales.

Black Friday also sees VPN sales take off
