20/11/2019 23:07 | Au contraire - the shares being issued to the vendors are (1) subject to lock-ins, and (2) will incentivise Andrew Lee to make a success of the takeover. Plus a decent proportion of the consideration is coming from KAPE's own cash resources. The 90% earnings accretion arising from the transaction for next year tells us that the structure of the deal in shares, cash and loans is highly beneficial to KAPE. | rivaldo
20/11/2019 21:19 | The fly in the ointment is the humongous number of extra shares being issued as part of the deal, plus debt. Or perhaps it should be the elephant in the room? | dozey3
20/11/2019 17:44 | It can only be a matter of time, before the market catchers up with kape. This time next year these will be over £2. | igoe104

20/11/2019 16:37 | well done Johno, great shout | qs99
20/11/2019 16:29 | In basic terms, KAPE doubled in size yesterday, the share price will too. It also doubled in size at a low ebb for the share price, take into account the previous high was £1.40 and nothing has changed (except the scale of the company just doubled) | john09
20/11/2019 16:25 | I called it. Knew it was BS. Up tomorrow | john09

20/11/2019 15:41 | Interesting to note that , according to the RNS of 13/11/19 , Miton Group REDUCED its holding in Kape Tech from 6.19% to 4.96% . This supports the official line that institutions have no more knowledge than we mere private investors . Nonetheless , my pleasure at this great news concerning the acquisition of LTMI is increased with a certain Schadenfreude . I remain a long-term holder . | mrnumpty
20/11/2019 08:54 | This will be blue today | john09
20/11/2019 08:50 | This drop is BS . | john09 |
