does that mean there is a chance these will retrace back up to 400p- in which case this might be a buy opportunity!

Totally agree Lsoc
Director selling totalled 1.9m shares
Teddy seems to have bought approx 3m shares taking his holding from 53.7% to 54.3%

Completely understand your frustration, igoe.

But the salient point that appears to have been missed is that those shares have just been hoovered up by Unikmind, which is as good as a Director buy in itself.

Teddy Sagi must be sat on his buy button, laughing his head off at all these cheap shares.

I can only presume the market is not happy with all those directors selling all those options. Certainly the timing wasn't great, one minute they are telling shareholders how great the future of Kape looks, the next minute they are selling up at this low level. Its bound to spook the paranoid nervy small cap investors we have around at the moment. I've got intouch with the company to vent my frustration. Info@kape.com

I presume they won't be around to answer as they are out buying new sports cars and out looking at large houses.

I thought it was a great update. Makes you wonder what the city were expecting to drop it like this. Or maybe the big seller had already decided to sell no matter the update.

Not sure where you got the ex city big shot from - you must have created that hero in your head ?

Glad to see that I’m none too popular with John09 , who seems to have become ubiquitous on the chat sites of shares tipped by SCSW over the last few months . I call myself Numpty because I am fully aware of my failings and imperfections as an investor , which means that I am the antithesis of the likes of John09 , who portrays himself as an expert , making sometimes hysterical comments without any rational argument to support them . Even if John’s claim to be an ex-City big shot are true , I’d rather be an honest Numpty any day .

450 to 370 isn’t doing my heart much good. I thought it was a very upbeat update and am surprised by this fall back. Tech obviously not flavour of the month.

I thought if a holding exceeded 30% the holder was obliged to make an offer for the rest, am i missing something

Seems like Teddy is determined to increase its stake (which was diluted as a result of Express acquisition)
on the other hand, CEO needs to sell from time to time (otherwise, how can he realise its options?)
to me, it sounds like Teddy is catching 2 birds with one stone...

btw, if im not mistaken, something similar, Teddy buying shares of the CEO, happened in the past - guess what was the shape price back then? 200p...

bottom line, when debating between two wealthy insiders, Id rather go with the bigger fish...

Mrnumpty, why have you posted that again? I (and Lsoc85) answered you above - here's my post again:

It's precisely the opposite - Unikmind have INCREASED their holding substantially.

Per their 20/12 RNS they held 53.7%, with 187,442,335 shares.

Per today's RNS they now hold 54.3%, with 190,650,335 shares.

Am I having a Numpty moment ? According to the RNS of 25/10/2021 , Unikmind held 62.25 % of the total shares in Kape , but there was an RNS this morning which stated that Unikmind only holds 54.3% , although no figure was provided in the latter RNS for the previous number of shares held . Yes , other directors have just sold some holdings at 400p , no doubt due to the end of lock-ins , but it seems , unless I am wrong , that Unikmind has sold 7.95% of the total shares since last October . Any thoughts ?

Well done, Rivaldo. Was about to type the same. Would add that the drop from c.60% a result of the enlarged number of shares in circulation as a consequence of the ExpressVPN takeover.

Good to see that some are still keeping their heads while all around are losing theirs.

Probably unpopular post but I am out today having held from the mid 150s and added several times on the way up. This has finally broken trend for my style of trading and I always respect price as that is the only thing that determines whether I end up with a profit or loss. No idea where it goes from here (and nor does anyone else)

I am along term holder as well.Very good value.
However it may be investors thinking there is nothing to drive this forward in the short term. Let's hope it falls further to add guys!

I am a holder chaps and will continue to be so.
But this switch from growth is market driven. The low current p/e isn't a factor imo but lemmings have to do what they have to do.

I could understand this falling if say, it was trading on 20-25 times earnings. But like Rivaldo says, 11 times forward earnings makes this very cheap. And a barmy drop
