Crossrider Plc (AIM: CROS), the consumer security software business, is pleased to announce the renaming of the Company to Kape Technologies plc. Trading in the Company's shares under the new name and TIDM, "KAPE", will commence at 8.00 a.m. on Tuesday 13 March 2018.

The Company's change in name reflects the transformation of its operations and the shift in strategic focus that has taken place over the last eighteen months. The Company's aim is to become the leading provider of products that ensure consumers' online security, privacy and autonomy.

The Company's AIM Rule 26 website will be available at www.kape.com with effect from 7.00 a.m. on Tuesday 13 March 2018. Shareholdings will be unaffected by the change of name and existing share certificates should be retained as they will remain valid for all purposes. Any new share certificates issued after 13 March 2018 will bear the name Kape Technologies plc.
