Staffline are highly likely to be bought at 180p minimum offering at least a 14% gain. Most know this and where also expecting bad news. Pay may even rise today at staffline. This won't. Wouldn't be surprised if we see 100p today for this.

Purple, I felt the same as you initially, however looking back at the April trading update these figures are at the top end of the reduced range they told the market about then. So this is why the price is at this level.

From April Trading update:

'As a result, the Board expects to report EBITDA between £4.5m and £5.0m.'

Also, 2 of the 3 divisions reported much increased revenue, its just the Corporate Finance side that has let the company down.
