13/9/2010 21:49 | 'Putting K3 on a par with its peers would imply a fair value of 150p and we continue to believe that the shares should make progress toward 200p on a 12 month view' | stegrego
13/9/2010 16:39 | Concur with sentiments. Cheap. Regards, GHF | glasshalfull

13/9/2010 08:25 | Pleased with results and the tone of the statement was nice and positive. I did buy some more this morning, with one more purchase planed later. | interceptor2
13/9/2010 08:20 | Results pretty much where I expected them, continue to sit and hold and wait for the inevitable rerating. gg | greengiant
02/9/2010 22:18 | I'm not fully invested yet in KBT, but hope to add if results are good. As you say we do seem to be a number fair number of the same stocks. I normally invest in growth stock, but when I analyse my holdings, most are value stockS but with growth at resonable price. GARP. You did bring to my attention CLL, which I acted on and appreciated your research. Cheers ic2.......... | interceptor2
02/9/2010 19:56 | We're sharing a number of stocks ic2. I've still a few here (should have bought more in the 80's :-( Was comparing with MXM recently and reckon both have considerable upside given their reinvention to incorporate cloud computing solutions to their respective offerings. I decided to buy a few MXM yesterday and go with 2 plays in the sector. Good news re. blackrock. Regards GHF | glasshalfull
02/9/2010 18:52 | Pleased to see Blackrock increase their holding to 4.2%. Interims estimated for 20th September. | interceptor2
21/7/2010 15:29 | Brought some today and hope to add to my position into strength. I had been waiting for debt levels to come down, which was confirmed back in March. I must admit I took my eye off these afterwards until today when I did a Zulu check on them and was surprised at how strong they were. I did hold these back in 2008 but had to sell for a loss, so hopefully my timing will be better second time round. Good luck to all holders....... ic2........ | interceptor2

30/6/2010 09:14 | It looks like my total purchases of 70k yesterday has taken all available shares out of circulation. On-line limits now non existent to buy 500 sell 10k. Pity, I was looking to take my holding to 100k gg | greengiant
29/6/2010 18:35 | yespmedc, I think the 1.55 DCF valuation is wrong. The figure I have calculated is more towards the 1.80. The reason for this is the strong increase in Q4 revenues last year. The strong H2 v H1 growth underpins this. Also I believe cash generation will be stronger. Risks are still there but trading at under 6x it looks cheap. gg | greengiant
29/6/2010 15:22 | 155p DCF valuation for KBT in this Edison note published today | yespmedc
29/6/2010 14:16 | Just added 50k. Made no difference to the share price Must be a large overhang here, altho' cant see where it would come from. gg | greengiant
10/6/2010 12:25 | Hoodless B K3 Business Technology Group (KBT, 112.5p, £28.85m) the provider of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions to the supply chain industry, has strengthened its relationship with Inter IKEA Systems, the global home furnishing business. Following IKEA's decision to move all remaining franchises to a standard ERP system, K3 has been appointed the sole outsourced provider of Retail ERP software packages for its franchisee network on a global basis. The revised contract highlights the K3's strength in quality of product and the service. We believe the deal will lead to an extension of the group's geographical footprint into new territories over the next 36 months. This is excellent news. We believe the group is undervalued trading on a rating 6.2x in 2010 and 5.3x in 2011, a discount to the software sector, which sits on 9.8x. We reiterate our BUY with a 12 month target price 158p, equivalent to 7.5x 2011 earnings, offering 40% upside. | stegrego
27/5/2010 22:58 | Forward p/e of 5.2x | stegrego
26/5/2010 12:50 | Hoodless K3 Business Technology Group (KBT, 112.5p, £28.85m) is a provider of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions to the supply chain industry. The AGM statement highlights the Board anticipates FY results to be in line with estimates of PBT of £6.4m and EPS of 18.2p. In the first 5 months of the current financial year, trading is ahead of the previous period, with the sales pipeline underpinned by high levels of recurring revenues. The recent acquisitions will help bolster revenues in the current financial year. We believe the group is undervalued trading on a rating 6.2x in 2010 and 5.3x in 2011, a discount to the software sector, which sits on 9.8x. We therefore upgrade our recommendation to a BUY with a 12 month target price 158p, equivalent to 7.5x 2011 earnings. | stegrego
