Or push people into renting over buying. I think it's good news that interest rates are rising (for KCR, not for the wider economy or the general public etc etc).....but just looking at KCR's model.....the current environment should be positive for KCR.

Would like to see some volume and a tighter spread. With interest rates rising it's bound the hit the bottom line on rental income bwtfdik

Bad move in my opinion. Raising money for further acquisitions by refinancing existing assets is not the best idea but then taking an interest on facility on the loan is reckless. If the interest only facility is over a 10 year period then the loan which has an added 2.9M to it must be paid over a 15 year period or another refinance option which have to be completed. Either way this is kicking the can down the street and a bad business model in my opinion.

Results in and showing a profit.Only a few on AIM achieve this.So a market cap of £4m is a way off Any buying here will make the share price fly.

I just had a quick look at this company.

Looks like a classic case of what is wrong with many small companies on AIM. Directors giving themselves 18m Preference shares at 1 p each! FFS! Founder warrents and share options already in place..

The poor old private investor has already been raped here and the company needs cash to fund losses while the directors will no doubt be scheming to feather their nests further.

Avoid!!
