Are you open to major creditors swapping their loan note value for the IP rights on offer?

mps,

i can't say he's not doing the right thing. he could well be doing what needs to be done.

it's the double standards and bigoted way he goes about his business that frustrates me.

the sooner this dog is buried and we can utilise the tax loss the better.

my offer was anonymous until your post (5 above) indicating it was mine.

the fact you acknowledge you posted it solely to 'flush out other interested parties' carries two disturbing issues.

you say that flushing out other interested parties benefits the shareholders, then why did you not do the same with the fourpoint library? the first anyone knew it was being sold was when you said you had sold it to Indigo.

so there's a contradiction there, don't you think!

this also encapsulates discrimination. my bid, you openly post on a public bb yet other 'bids' you have received remain confidential. double standards.

you want to flush out other bidders! well i'm telling you now my bidding pot is well in excess of £30k. well in excess, so your mates better have deep pockets. and if i get blown away before the first round of bidding even starts then no one would be more happy than i.

as for my 'moaning and whinging' i have neither the time nor the inclination to play silly games with wastrels on bb's.

put the ip's on e-bay and roll the dice.

and just for the record. i said in an e-mail to you about eight/nine months or so ago that i would be looking very closely at the disposal of assets, in particular to them being disposed of in Indigo's direction. well Indigo got the library didn't they!

let's now see if a mystery buyer snaps up the IP's thus making it unnecessary to list them on e-bay. after all, you move the goalpost more often than cj did, anything could happen.

Just for the record, and having said I will advertise them on ebay, that is the vehicle for transparency as the bidders details are shown. I do not propose to list each indication of interest before then.

I'm sorry if I offended you with the posting the "bid" (albeit anonymously) on the bb but it did have the effect of flushing out some other interest, and if you had the slightest interest in the shareholders, you would appreciate that I have to raise the maximum amount, and whilst I am delighted to hear that £30k is not out of your league, I still suspect your interest will evaporate before the final sale and then you will just whinge and moan all over again.

Also please stop behaving like an idiot. I am not about to even try to swap my debt for the IP's, surely even you would know that would be a "fraudulent preference" on all the other creditors!

in that case i find it very strange.

i made you an 'offer' for the IP's (as you well know).

you posted the info on the bb as if it was a 'bid'. (so who's the idiot?)

now you say you already have a 'bid' of £30k and is 'out of my league' yet you have not posted details of this bid in a public domain as you keep saying you will.

double standards and discrimination frequently come to mind when corresponding with you.

maybe, as you said in your e-mail, you could bid for the IP's yourself with the £30k Think Ent owes you. is that the £30k you refer to above?

if it is, that does not constitute 'money up front'.

if it does not, then put the bid in the public domain (as you did with mine)

and i can tell you now, £30k up front is not 'out of my league'.

you continually dare to presume on things you no nothing of. (so again, who's the idiot?)

I will, as I did with yours before, post all bids in the public domain. For God's sake stop being an idiot!

The one thing I have learnt about the media business is that is all full of egos, fraudsters, cheats and liars who will use any PR opportunity to rubbish everyone as an explanation as to why they couldn't perform what they never had the rights to in the first place. However those people have an incredible ability to hoist money off punters who are desperate to believe, and in many cases the offer of being an "extra" on the set really separates them from their wallets.

So stop being silly, you will get notice of the amount of all bids but I fear that it is already out of your league with present offers being in excess of £30k upfront.

so bidding is not restricted to e-bay then!

you will be taking annonymous bids from third parties?

The past is now under the statutory investigative powers of a creditors liquidation - and he is digging.

As for Think, there is not a lot of hope and it is likely to be gone by the end of the month.

As to seeing a penny of your investment, that will depend on the work-out of the special purpose vehicle being set up to sell the remaining assets, pay the creditors and then sue the directors and professional advisers.

JOSHRO

The advert will call for bids. I am advised that I should use Variety as that is so widely read.

Mark,

You say the Think IP's are to advertised in Variety as well as placed on e-bay.

The advert you intend to place, is this just to inform readers that the IP's are being listed on e-bay, or is this an advert for the sale of the IP's?

I assume that what went on before Think Entertainment came into being is all dead and buried now, or not?

Where does THINK stand financially now? Is it all gone with no hope?

As a shareholder, is there any chance that I will ever see a penny of my investment in any way shape or form?

(I haven't read the other thread for some time so this is just to clarify the present position)

Thanks

Regards

Try asking direct questions about Think Entertainment post August 2004 on this thread and keeping to that.

It is freely available as read/write from the public.

By all means use your other threads for banter and tittle tattle, but I am neither interested in, nor going to reply to any questions about pre August 2004 matters as that is now in the hands of the liquidators of Just Group (Newscreen Media).

This bb is for THINKing people

MH, apologies for not replying earlier, you are in France, I am in Halifax (Son's house). Morlaix is only 20 miles from my residence, but I will not return to France until 8 Oct. To be honest, I would rather meet you after this issue is completed than before. I wish not to be associated (or should I say "tainted") in any way. Sorry about that. I may see CelticII though when I am in Dartmouth next week, depends on the berth he's using. Mine is on the Marina.

Anyway, cheers
