Progress on Just Eat Takeaway.com share buyback programme

Just Eat Takeaway.com N.V. (LSE: JET, AMS: TKWY), hereinafter the "Company", or together with its group companies "Just Eat Takeaway.com", one of the world's largest online food delivery marketplaces, hereby reports the transaction details related to its EUR150 million share buyback programme announced on 19 April 2023.

During the week of 15 May 2023 up to and including 19 May 2023 a total of 230,540 shares were repurchased at an average price of EUR16.9669 on Euronext Amsterdam. Following the settlement of the above transactions, the Company will hold 1,387,618 shares in treasury.

Up to and including 19 May 2023, the total consideration for shares repurchased amounts to EUR22,059,102.
