The following amendment has been made to the 'Share Awards' announcement released on 15(th) March 2019 at 7.30am under RNS No 9441S. The number of Deferred Bonus Awards granted to Paul Harrison has been amended from 28,372 to 28,360. All other details remain unchanged. The full amended text is shown below.

Deferred bonus awards, relating to the performance related annual bonus earned for 2018, were granted under the Just Eat Deferred Bonus Share Plan 2018 ("DSBP") over the Company's Shares as follows:
