Eight reasons why we are now sellers:
1. Uber Eats will dominate the smartphone real estate (not true, once waymo shafts them with driverless taxis)
2. Deliveroo’s bigger pockets will see it thrive (not true, Just Eat spends more)
3. Just Eat may not be able to address all of its new market (are you mad, just eat is the bigger company)
4. Just Eat’s vendor discounts don’t mean others can’t thrive (we know that, but just eat is cheaper and more reliable)
5. Data may be Just Eat’s biggest asset, but that won’t last long (what like peel hunt? Just Eat is market leader)
6. Grubhub repositioned in a different time, today it is thriving; (grub just took a 45% correction to the stock price)
7. The age of the high margin platform model could be ending (have you seen the prices on Deliveroo? much higher than just eat)
8. For Just Eat, 3Q18 is likely to have been a tough period. (I hope your a-r-s-e is ready to get shafted on november 1st)

Uber is a j-o-k-e of a company, anyone using Uber Eats knows the food is always late and there is constant problems. Deliveroo is better but doesn't have the coverage of Just Eat.

The broker note is terrible, they simply have no idea. Uber Eats and Deliveroo are doign zero advertising at the moment. Wait under Waymo shafts Uber, then Eats can go do one as well.

4 billion market cap is nothing? And where is the competition? Deliveroo don't even deliver to 80% of the places Just Eat does. The market has it very very wrong and shorts are going to get burnt. It is trading on 34 times earnings, Just Eat can easily grow revenue by 34%. The stock is a steal at this price. Amazon trades at 92 times earnings, Netflix at over 100 times earnings. This stock is cheap right now.

Currently the market cap is £3,961m - still far too high when you consider the very samll profit it makes.

If the price keeps falling this stock will loose it's FTSE 100 status - take a look at too see how close it is. If that occurs then expect further selling.

This is a quality company, the market is all over the place. Peel hunt downgrade to sell, while goldman has it as a conviction buy and a £10 price target. Shorts are going to get hurt when earnings come out, no question about it.
