UK court rules plumber is "employee" in gig economy case.....this may also be relevant.


The Supreme Court ruled on a case brought by Pimlico Plumbers and its founder, Charlie Mullins, which hinged on whether one of its plumbers was an independent contractor or a worker entitled to certain benefits such as holiday pay.

Why understand. Let the trend bevyoyr friend . They drop it because it's a trade for the big boys. Not every rise or fall is due to results. it's the way it is, so you do your best to trade with the trend. It was £6.60 no real reason, so you trade up and buy along the way. It's dropped. Do the same again

I don't understand why Just Eat falls 8% when a sub par competitor is TRYING to take market share, if Just Eat posted poor results I would understand, but this is a stupid reaction by the market.

Market overreacts again, as usual. Just Eat is miles ahead of Deliveroo in the takeaway delivery business. This is a serious buying opportunity. I hold 574 shares of Just Eat and I am going to top up today.

No harm in that, next stop £8.90 if it breaks £8.64 over the next week. I think it should as momentum is up. Those MMS and crooks just trade how they feel. Easy win.

Any news then it will break the 52 week high. It will test it for sure soon.
