fuji99 thanks but from what you are saying I do not understand what I am looking at when I view the trades.
For example: last trade total at 17:13:42 Buy vol 744876 Sell vol 2768795. Have I got me buys and sells mixed up and if so why is the sell red band always larger (today and yesterday) than the buy blue band? Red says to me that shares are being off loaded.

Interesting.

Looks like its just trading on their part. Some buy, some sell. Its been trading in a range of £7.40 to 7.90.

Soon enough when they've done their bit, it will bounce from 7.50 back to 7.90, then 7.90 as its touched that twice to 8.23p.

Remember if they are trading a volatile stock, say £7 million sterling, 1% a day is easy money on 7m.

Tom89 - I totally disagree as the trades are mostly buys and if you look at the shorttracker, it shows that AQR Capital has decreased its shorts by 0.15% on a total of 1.54%. JE. is the least shorted. See below.
Frankly speaking I have topped up several times to hold for a few years as this could become the mini amazon of on-line food within 2- 4 years.

Institutions buy stock to cover short trades. The recent RNS' suggests to me that BoA are selling stock. The trades list looks like a red carpet.

There is definitely a good reason why institutions are buying massively before everybody else.
Just follow the leaders ...

I think you're right. I've not seen any broker notes at the moment and any future projections. It's a question if which markets can they consolidate, maintain for now and which ones if it's worth doing, compete. There always comes a point where you're best leaving an area if it's not financially viable. Deliveroo etc have slightly different markets I think but we will see.

The share price will shoot over £8 in a very short time.
Then once the confirmation that the investment will increase its sales exponentially to become the world leader in this sector, the sky is the limit for the share price It can easily reach £12 - £15 in 1/2 years. Thus why institutions are massively piling in.

what a bounce.

Good volume and ready for the next trading range between £7.80 - 8.80.

Institutions are collecting stock.

a retest of £7.98 is coming after re testing £7.24. A great trading range.

If it breaks £7.98, £8.20 will be on the cards.

In the financial markets personal opinions are irrelevant. Only the markets opinion matters. For those who question the valuation of this company, you may be right, but the market is bigger than you and you will lose.
