All quiet - calm before the usual weekend nonsense perhaps?

Dudishes - you once mentioned Ford Valley - do you ever visit?
I still make periodic visits thanks to very lo cost direct air travel from Funchal to Exeter. Especially if selected to represent in Dartmoor Golf League matches (I'm still the Tom Watson of Devon lol). Usually only over for 2-3 days max. And although stay with friends can still find myself with some spare time to kill. So, if you're ever at a loose end let us know and we can meet up for a beer if you fancy. All I need is loads of advance notice.

dekate (trust you still occasionally look in here) - haven't forgotten about you - but the fact is I only ever seem to be in the Westcountry these days when in the UK. However, I really would like to meet up and play a round of golf with you and I've organised with a contact I have that we can play completely foc at Edgbaston, whenever. Am told it's a top notch course. So, at some point in time I will be in contact. Promise. Awrabest.

I see Dudishes.
But I suspect ADVFN wont close down the other thread(s). They will continue simply to remove any post that is in breach of their terms & conditions. I also suspect the same material will simply re-appear on here. Albeit for a short time until ADVFN remove. C'est la vie. Yawn, yawn.

With regards to more interesting matters - it really would be good to have some sort of closure on this saga.
Has anyone heard anything from the Official Receiver or The Liquidators?

Not sure anyone, anymore is the slightest bit interested in the outcome of whether or not Hardy has paid CJ's legal team's fees over the private prosecution Hardy pursued against Jones.
Certainly not genuine ordinary original JUS shareholders.

Good point dudishes. What's the latest anyone? Mr and Mrs Hardy still in hiding in France after making off with all the loot in court costs that they owed to Mr Jones? Has Mr Hardy been prosecuted for perjury yet or can't the police find him? Is Mr Lawly still giving money to Mr Hardy? the last payment i saw on here was the £5K in 2009 i believe, most strange indeed, obviously instalments.

Happens that the Just-thing-action.co.uk site is under reconstruction. Now I guess that is a result of my report of PORN on the site, denied by many, but known by Ali Onder. The reason why? He no longer administers the site. More fool you lot, Ali is far superior to any you may like to employ Chris. You have two options left, no 3. Sue everbody in sight or remove all trace of JUS from ADVFN or other boards. Are you able to do that? Or will it be another cloud bursting CMR revival???? Put up or shut up Son, or shall we review your CMR posts from a short while back (all recorded of course)?

For you Mr Onder, I did originally sympathise with your position in the fiasco, still do, but you have pushed it too far. Farewell. Refrain, I'm sure you are a better chap than you portray at times. Portrayed as a Patsy is not at best consumable, in your case, most probably wrong. You did your best, lost money as a result, you were a professonal (as portrayed in your access to ADVFN) in what you did for CJ & Co, you were not let down by anyone else but the business partners you tried to support. Use your quite brilliant talents elsewhere, do not waste your time here any longer, it is beneath you. Good luck.
