You're truly such a strange wee man.
Just 'cause I rarely have the inclination these days to even read this thread, let alone post on it, don't mean I've vanished into thin air pal. Indeed if I didn't have several other share investments I almost certainly wouldn't even bother to generally log onto ADVFN. That's the simple straightforward reality of the situation - but of course that explanation wont suit your vivid imagination whilst you and your couple of cyber mates regularly post away drivel on here & I suspect on CJ's corrupt website too.
I appreciate plumbing can't facilitate an exciting life, but surely this saga offers little alternate interest anymore? Go on....travel....take up a sport.....a hobby....do some charity work.......do something.....anything...... to stop you staring at your monitor with a can of Tennants lager in your hand with any leisure time you have. You're well into your 50s now, right? Tut, tut. Get a life. Before it's too late.

As for Hardy...since when did he become a POW???? Glass houses springs to mind about attention to detail. Same goes for CJ who I can clearly show evidence that details different fact on his email correspondence to what is contained in signed witness statement of his.
FWIW haven't got a clue if Hardy's vanished into thin air. Have had no contact with the man in ages. Suspect you've probably had contact with him since I last had.

MPS through his so called POW he has the deal watertight so that even the OR cannot touch it or change it but being a man who pays little attention to detail Lawley has more than likely stitched him up as he was so in need off some dosh.

anybody been on the Indigo site lately it gives the impression that Jellies has sold well they have sold it to a number of clients so what about the earnings from that IP & any others they have profited from , how much has Hardy pocketed , Indigo claim they pay royalties quarterly or by special arrangement Hardy what is your special arrangement ?

so why have Hardy & Kidd vanished into thin air ?????? , has Lawley ever produced a statement off earnings yet as he is obliged to under his agreement with Hardy , it is all turning out as i predicted once all has gone quiet & the OR has closed the case Lawley will cash in big time & nobody will be able to prove a thing ? with off course some sweetners to certain individuals along the way nudge wink know what i mean Guv , it is clearly laid out in court documents that Hardy got a loan from Lawley 5K did it ever get paid back or is it being set against the hundreds of thousands the company owes him ?

Quite remarkable. My little scenario perhaps may seem like small fry compared with this situation but I know of someone who is suing a company for 10,000 times his investment - which incidentally I gather he was offered back.

And they call this the compensation culture!
