I'm pretty sure the OR would have little difficulty in obtaining any Bank statement(s) if she thought it was required/relevant. As would the Courts. Direct from the Banks.

Anyways, surely the only relevant bank statements to JAG/JUS members/shareholders were those HSBC ones?......the ones that clearly showed we were misled & shafted?

It'd take a long time to get copies of Think hardys lawleys and Indigos bank statements , tie up payments and deposits etc especially as hardys confessed in court to destroying his statments as soon as he gets them. to be fair to the OR sorting out discrepancies takes a long time when people are hiding things.

what about this new OR just as useless as the last one by the look of it.

Do you really Dudishes - small world, eh.
I own a garage in Ford Valley - makes it an even smaller world!!!!

Aye - prices there are silly. But I guess as a place it's a tad special. Only problem is it's a bit of a ghost town in the winter when it seems there's an annual exodus for the winter months to Australia of all places. That was too far for us to be away for some winter sunshine. Madeira and having Ronnie as my neighbour had more appeal.

Awrabest.

Simple, buy in the Winter, upgrade interior, sell in the Summer. Still own one in Ford Valley, just up the road from your's. Rent to College, good scheme. Get my drift? If you can hang on to it, good for you, prices have never dropped in Dartmouth, especially when the schoolies visit in Spring!

Not that I'm aware of!!!!!!
Not unless the Estate Agents who manage the property have screwed up, big time!!!!!
Currently let to Royal Naval College which is only a few mins walk away - and that's the long term plan.

Out of interest - why do you ask?
Seems a strange sort of 'serious' question.

Question for all- having read the JUS thingy, £5K seems insignificant compared to £5M+. Who orchestrated the rip-off? It was not Mr Hardy (he was not there at the time).

If Mr Hardy made a few quid by revealing the ripoff, job well done (worth more than £5K).

So Hardy has stitched you up for £5k, What about the other £5M?

Get real, before this thread and the CJ is closed down!

PS: WD Mark with your move to France - very peaceful eh!

gartshore - 20 Nov'09 - 16:37 - 23291

we will see all will come into the public domain one day kiddoman.

Billy Connolly - 23 Nov'09 - 08:49 - 23292

Aye, wee man. I do hope so.

In the meantime - what about all the hard facts & evidence that's already out there in the public domain? Don't you think it clearly shows that JAG/JUS members/shareholders were misled & shafted over those fund raising exercises?

Sure loads post on ADVFN on a Sunday.
But not claiming to be searching for threads on a stock that hasn't listed for over 7 years!!
That's just sad.

The only BBs or financial web sites I look at these days are ADVFN and iii.
And that's usually, but not exclusively, restricted to trading times.

LOL...the only problem I have is in obtaining explanations as to exactly why JAG/JUS members/shareholders were misled & shafted out of their money over those fund raising exercises.

Seems you're the one with the problem pal, coming on here on a Sunday seemingly to have to search for Hardy's thread.

At least I only look in here whilst already logged onto ADVFN seeing how my other shares & possible future investments are doing.

Tunde - don't recall any fire. Maybe the phrase you mention was perhaps once used as a figure of speech? Perhaps to describe things that got lost or destroyed in that flawed & misleading CVA fund raising? Where 100s had to be given a refund. And Capita Registrations described as being the biggest shambles they ever had to deal with.

Ask away on the old Jag site - am told it only consists of 2-3 regular posters these days, and with what is clearly their multi aliases. Sad - and then they come on here to post too!! Remember though, even if you don't log on to that corrupt website (you just view as a visitor) I think your email address & other details can be sourced just by viewing. And you know what has happened to others in the past!!
