Anyways, the only criminal acts have only happened to 7 original JAG/JUS members/shareholders. All with only one thing in common with each other.
All criminal acts by the same perpetrator who set up the now corrupt old JAG website.

I've never said I've got things right or my opinions are right. But I've never had a sensible or meaningful contradictory view expressed about them. Now, why is that?

I am not particularly a supporter of Hardy per se. Said so on numerous occasions. But you keep on believing different if it makes you feel less guilty. If Hardy's done owt wrong or illegal then he should be prosecuted. No, my beef is seeing some justice for all those JAG/JUS members/shareholders who got misled and shafted over those two flawed fundraising exercises. Simples.

Sorry if that explanation bores you. Still, you've got your grandkids to looks after and how they marvel at how brilliant Jellies is.
Pity you didn't post that or anything else on here in 2003, or 04, or 05, or 06, or 07, or 08 for that matter.

Suspect it's a necessary self defence mechanism kicking in. More convenient conspiracy stories (without again stating clear facts) about lies & more lies.
About relatively complete & utter trivia imho. Seems a declared £5k payment has some focus all of sudden. What's being misled & shafted over £6million in 2 fund raising exercises amongst JAG friends when there's apparently £5k suspiciously changed hands?

Mr Hardy went to bed and got up again to post! A clear sign of worry! Which would explain why he has to lie about what's in transcripts many of us have seen!

As for the spin about the OFT, an investigation, if there even is one, doesnt mean guilt on the part of KPMG. But it's a jolly good red herring what!
