Strange that they remove from Hardy's thread, not from this one, maybe Chris Jones has no bother with it? As for the website, haven't checked it lately, but do recall it being closed once I alerted the founders that it was full of porn. Poor management all round I'd say, management with a very small "m"

So.....last week I was accused of being a child molester, a thief, defamation, harassment........ whilst I was apparently in a state of worry over prosecution.

wOnder what this week will bring, eh?

Pathetic. Truly pathetic.

And still not one simple straightforward shareholder related question of mine answered with a full and honest explanation.

I think you're stretching the truth re: ......... Mr Hardy who he now knows took you shareholders for a ride.

So far: Hardy cost shareholders nothing v CVA cost shareholders £

May be Mr Hardy took those in the know for a ride but not the majority of CVA contributors

The rescue was a scam as no fat chance of the company being rescued. There will never be enough working capital to keep it afloat and the assets rescued worth not much.

Why the resuce attempt? Because someone people thinks they can milk the IP assets whilst under their control and get shareholders to provide more funds to

The defensive posts of Tippyex and deluded reply about not being involved in the harassment of Mr Jones when we all saw the evidence confirms plainly that this character was involved. He is very delusional and bitter having been in bed so to speak with Mr Hardy who he now knows took you shareholders for a ride. The pointless flapping around of someone in deep water who's obviously not a swimmer. Must get to the shops for some groceries, have a nice weekend (unlike Mr Hardy and his oppo, i mean it!)

.........meant to add.....if what you say about the court hearings & inevitable outcome is true (which it isn't imho) then how comes the Judge(s) allowed any appeal(s)? Usually if any case brought before the court is clear cut then no Judge would grant any appeal. And if the outcome would have been the same as if a group of shareholders (and not Hardy) had tried to prosecute then how comes CJ felt he needed to employ an army of legal expertise to defend himself? And how comes he wasn't granted any costs or expenses or compo? Or was he?

........... from what little selective facts from a distance I could judge..... it seemed to me MUCH was being made of the fact that Hardy had no legal standing and was harassing/victimising/persecuting CJ whilst Hardy apparently was on a crusade against CJ to help create a smokescreen for Hardy's own alleged devious activities elsewhere.

Now - surely - none of that would apply if a group of shareholders had/were to present the case?
