I don't care what's on CJ's corrupt website.
I haven't got a clue what's been posted there for several years.
But I have been told by several people that there have been several 100s of posts on there transparently making direct reference to me being this or that, being guilty of doing this or that, been involved in this and that, lied about this and that.........constantly making comments based on innuendo and pure fiction....... and YOU accuse ME of being guilty of victimisation??????

CONTRAST THAT - my posts on here, are mainly asking CJ straightforward shareholder related questions (that never get answered) and my highlighting his shortcomings and inconsistancies and anomalies......all based on known facts and evidence.

I have never hidden behind any nick. You and Ali Onder (who is always welcome in your home) CJ and his wee gang have always known who I am. CJ has even put many of my posts on here in the courtroom as evidence.....ffs!!!!!!

.....and, what you posted above is done with your usual memory lapse, I even gave you my real name & identity in email exchanges with you back in 2003. Unlike you. In hiding even then. And ever since.

....as for your real name being used as a pseudonym on cj' s website you said on here yonks ago you didnt care about what was on there....now youre whinging...typical...if youve changed ya mind all you gotta do is write to cj or the site webmaster & ask for it to be removed...mind you, you used billy connolleys real name..was that with his permission then?...lol

The website still doesn't have a front page (www.just-think-action.co.uk) so effectively the website is down although you can navigate directly to the forum if you happen to know the URL. The problem is that the index.php is missing or is inaccessible. This is largely a generic file for this type of website. Not sure why it would be missing, perhaps it's there but has the wrong access levels. You may wish to pass this on to whoever controls the site (if you are in touch with him/her).

You need to stop the endless mischievous speculation about me old boy, just because i question you, your opinions and your relationship with Mr Hardy, past or present.

Also i've not posted any defamatory comments, unlike you, so jettyboy's post isn't relevant to me. But obviously is to you, which is why you have to comment! You're much too easy to see through old boy.

jettyboy - as MikePStevens/ABarclayman (surely one & the same?) might say it's a bit of a red herring. Certainly in some circumstances.
As ADVFN and the Police will tell you - it is possible to use fabricated IP addresses which makes tracing a bit of a mare.

Mind you - if you don't have that skill set......then yes, it is as you say "interesting".

Bulletin Board Legal Action



The board of directors of Nighthawk, the US focused hydrocarbon production and development company, is pleased to advise of action that has been taken and is continuing in response to persistent defamatory and untrue postings on the Interactive Investor Trading Limited ("iii") and ADVFN plc ("ADVFN") bulletin boards. The postings concern the operations of Nighthawk and its management which the board considers to be extremely damaging to the Company and its reputation.



The Company took steps to identify the posters who try to escape liability for their defamatory postings by hiding behind a cloak of anonymity, using anonymous email, social networking or bulletin board accounts to disseminate those postings. In some cases the names and other details used to register these accounts are fictitious and posters also can try and cover their tracks using numerous pseudonyms but they can be traced through their IP addresses.



The operators of the bulletin board services can be prevented by confidentiality and data protection laws from disclosing the names and other personal information associated with the accounts. However, the English Courts can exercise their discretion and order such disclosure, provided certain criteria are met.



In the High Court of Justice on 28 June 2010 Nighthawk obtained a Norwich Pharmacal order instructing iii and ADVFN to provide information in respect of various posters, who were posting material that the Court accepted could be defamatory.



Both iii and ADVFN are assisting the Company with providing the relevant information including details of the posters.



The identities of various individuals behind these postings have now been established and the Company and its directors are now considering with their legal advisers instituting civil proceedings against them for defamation.



Further announcements will be made as appropriate!

No - please don't confuse opinions & comments with honesty. Especially when I've always made it clear that I'm open to any plausible explanations about any shareholder related matter in this saga. Even if any evidence justifies any prosecution against the likes of Hardy (or anyone else for that matter).

I am not & never have been in "any mess".
And, there have never been any actions I have had to defend. Desperately or otherwise. This fantasy stuff of yours really has to stop. It's like a clinical disease you have.

The only problem I've ever had in this saga is accepting all the conspiracy and fictional stories to try to cover up for why shareholders were misled and shafted from a great height out of sooooooo much money.

I've always answered questions posed to me on here. Always.
I answered the question about the report loads of times on here. The one that Hardy promised (not me) would form as an attachment to all shareholders for a proposed AGM & agenda. For many & obvious reasons that never materialised but as far as I'm concerned all the appropriate facts and evidence and accounting was well and truly laid to bare and put out into the public domain for all to see and judge. Which, frankly, was originally my sole intention to find out what had gone wrong and what had happened to all the money that was raised.

As to your last question - I'm not 100% sure - but am prepared to make an educated guess that Hardy was trying to get the Police involved in all the cowardly criminal activity against sooooo many shareholders and get Ali Onder's contact details via Michael O'Neil.

The other questions you raise I can only make wild guesses at - which would be rather pointless.

Wiganer you touched a nerve. Interesting developments, Tippyex is very anxious to justify his persistent persecution of Mr Jones and prior support of Mr Hardy which we've all witnessed.

Having been most intrigued by the saga and characters and followed from the sidelines, i've got some questions (which methinks won't ever get a truthful answer!)

Whatever happened to the report 'billy connolley' promised within 3 months max years ago?

Why on earth was Mr Lawley and or his company making payments direct to Mr Hardy?

If KPMG or the Think bankers stole money as alleged by Mr Hardy, as the police didnt buy it, why didnt Mr Hardy take them to court for theft?

Why would Mr Hardy travel all the way to Scotland to harass Gartshore and make threats when Gartshore was asking some awkward questions to the double act?

I've posted loads. Even asked one only the other day about the Receiver and the Liquidator.
It's answers that have been in short supply for around 20000 posts.

Maybe I need to go to the CJ 'action' site for and on behalf of shareholders?
Although, if CJ is prepared to come onto ADVFN under cover and knowingly lie and deceive (for which there is crystal clear factual evidence) then what chance my getting honest answers to repeat my straightforward shareholder related questions on a corrupt website he operates & fully controls?

I haven't had zillions of nicks on here.

Celtic to Billy Connolly you know all about. And Billy Connolly nick is still active but on auto link on a static computer that is zillions of miles away.
Erol Bulnut is still active but was raised on a laptop that had a mug of coffee spilled over it. Guess this nick could be re-activated again if I really wanted to.
And then there is TippyEx. For ease of re-registration on a replacement laptop with ADVFN only.

All transparent. All declared on these threads when nicks changed. All known to be made by me.
Contrast that.

Last time I was 'on' CJ's corrupt website decent shareholders like ianmar & wonderlust were having their posts defaced. Has this changed? And other posters/shareholders were telling me by email that when they logged on they were having viruses attack their computer. Is that still happening?

There have been porn links but I see they have been deleted. I'm not sure why it's relevant though.

As for "the rest of the site is working ok... shame eh :)" perhaps it says something about the types of sites you visit when you think that a page that simply says "We are currently updating the site which will be available again as soon as possible" is "working ok" ;).

I have no axe to grind with you though (or anyone else actually).. I simply want the website back up and running as there was occasionally some interesting stuff.
