The Company announces that it has today issued 65,000 Ordinary shares from treasury at a price of 237.0 pence per share.

Following this issuance, the issued share capital of the Company is 33,724,958 Ordinary shares, of which 14,730,972 are held in treasury. Therefore the the total number of Ordinary shares with voting rights in the Company is 18,993,986.
