New Distribution Agreement

RNS Number:6047C
Jumpit ASA
08 May 2006

Jumpit ASA

Sales and distribution agreements

Jumpit ASA ("Jumpit" or the "Company"), the developer of power solutions for
handheld devices, is delighted to announce three new sales and distribution
agreements with Kondor Ltd (UK) ("Kondor"), Scandinavian Airlines System ("SAS")
and 7-Eleven. The agreements will further distribution of Jumpit's products in
the UK, Norway, Sweden and Denmark.

Kondor

Kondor have placed an order for the Company's disposable battery, Cellboost for
distribution in the UK. The first order has been sold to Carphone Warehouse, who
will initially stock the product in 150 of its stores.

About Kondor:

Kondor is one of the leading distributors of mobile phone accessories in UK, and
is a supplier of accessories to most of the large electronic retailers in the
UK. Kondor is an official supplier to Dixons, The Link, Carphone Warehouse, Team
Mobile, Vodaphone and 3.

Scandinavian Airlines System

Following a asuccessful test period on selected flights, SAS will sell
disposable Cellboost batteries on their flights. From 19 May the products will
be on sale on all domestic flights in Norway which have approximately 9 million
passengers per year.

7-Eleven

Jumpit has recently increased its distribution in the Nordic region and has
begun selling its disposable Cellboost battery in 7-Eleven stores in Denmark.
Jumpit's own distribution network will now consist of approximately 1,200 stores
in Scandinavia.

Petter Kleppe commenting on the new distribution agreements, said: "I am
delighted to be able to open up these new distribution channels for our
products. I believe that we have made great progress in a short time
establishing ourselves in Scandinavia while the Kondor agreement means we can
now begin to establish ourselves in the UK market. With the strategic freedom
we now enjoy in both disposable and rechargeable batteries, I am confident that
the organisation will continue to enter into profitable deals."

Will this be the next bit of news to come out of JUM?...TAKEN FROM THE TRADING UPDATE

"Acquisition
Jumpit is in final negotiations to become the sole distributor for the Norwegian
company Metafax AS. Metafax owns, and has filed a patent for, a unique wireless
earphone product for mobile phones. Jumpit will distribute these earphones and
in return will receive a 50% shareholding in Metafax without any cash payments.
This acquisition will help strengthen Jumpit's product portfolio, where optimum
use can be made of Jumpit's production and distribution apparatus. Jumpit also
has the option to acquire the remaining 50%."
