it all depends on the terms of the offer.

I don't think I've ever read a write on a company were they suggest the share price should rise 400 to 700 percent pretty much immediately!!
I'm also astounded the share price hasn't even risen 1 percent since the release of this article and probably by tomorrow the article like many others would have be forgotten about. Pitty..

Do you think the funds would accept an early buy out deme given the prospects in a short period of time? They would be stupid to do so having hung on admirably this year. Notice the article doesn't mention it as a threat.

Brilliant article in a depth not seen by anyone else including our idiot brokers. If that doesn't make people sit up then I don't know what will. I might even buy a few more myself!

The Seeking Alpha article is an impressive read. If it’s correct we should be 4x the current share price by August.

There is one buyer holding price up a bit just bought 400k . If he was not around this would be well under 10p now with the selling pressure .

Hi Deme, .I go with my gut instinct, something wrong here . To much silence as well never a good sign after warrants finished this should of moved up . But more selling going on looks like it's being shorted to 6p now warrant price then it will move back up they win both ways . Then and as always PIs get fuvked

80p a share, I choked when I read that 🤣, would be nice though.

That said, you only have to look at the growth in SLP, a company to which our share price was once on par.

I have no doubt we will ge into the 20's again but any higher may be hinderd by a early buyout.

From the other place:

An hugely indepth analysis with a price forecast of 50p by August! Well worth the time to read. "This had created one of those rare opportunities where shares are undervalued, underappreciated and almost unknown. Those unique value investment opportunities which are so seldom encountered. The intrinsic value of this company’s technologies and IP is simply not recognized in its share price or in its financial statements, yet it's there and proven in its growth and the many remarkable successes."

SLP same size company as Jubilee and are in the same business. They produce quarterly up dates and give forward time lines with a definitive date for publication of results, and dare I say are far more transparent with their numbers and detail of projects.

What do we get from Leon?

More questions than answers when Jubilee do finally condescend to give out updates/results.

SLP management do give the impression that they know what they are doing,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Alternatively Jubilee give the impression (at times) they don't know their ar$e from their elbow by comparison.

And we wonder why we get left behind when the market rallies, - go figure

We always have these posts about the timing of JLP quarterly updates. They don't set a timetable so to me they are not early, they are not late. In the grand scheme of things for LTH's I think the contents are much more important than the timings of a few weeks here or there. It would be different if you were "buying on rumours" and hoping to "sell on news".......which I'm not and I think most people here are not. As LO says we are approaching the date of last years update (8th Feb) so I would expect it out over the course of the next few days.
