18/1/2023 12:14 | The amount of stock trade up to now . People were dumping this amount yesterday lol . Very very strange day up to now no Volume what's so ever . | goforgold1
18/1/2023 11:54 | Thanks sb, wasn't aware UK warrants could only be exercised on a given date. | xow98
18/1/2023 11:30 | Thanks for that link sb. | pshevlin
18/1/2023 11:22 | There is no reason why exercised warrant shares have to be / will be sold! You blathering idiot, GFG.... They are no different to any other share that was acquired at a lower price than today - the same as the holdings of the majority of holders here whether PIs or IIs! The advantage of warrants is while they are unexercised, which for European warrants can ONLY happen on the expiration date NOT before, unlike American warrants, they can be traded, much like options, and offer leverage that the underlying stock doesn't. If you want to understand warrants this is the ideal explainer: | sb
18/1/2023 11:05 | Surely any company who intended to sell their exercised warrants straight away would have exercised them when the share price was much higher. IMO, the reason why they have left exercising their warrants until just before the expiry date is because they intend to hold onto the shares for the long term. So will most likely wait until the share price is way higher than 20p before starting to sell any. Remember, why would anyone who intended to keep the shares for the long term exercise the warrants before they had to, they would not gain anything by doing so. Whereas by not exercising the warrants until they had to they could use the money to invest elsewhere beforehand. | freedom97
18/1/2023 10:36 | I can remember the days when we used to all stick our stock up for sale for a quid to stop the borrowing for covered shorts , we've come some way since then... | frogkid
18/1/2023 10:24 | Lights out ..Why would you bring news out when it's only going to be sold into with Warrants wait after tomorrow. As i said i would expect news Monday to coincide with the last of warrants coming to market 2 million approx | goforgold1
18/1/2023 10:14 | Well it's killed the volume ! | frogkid
18/1/2023 10:10 | If you look at the company website they categorise their RNS's by type, for search purposes I guess. Previously they titled RNS's "Exercise of Warrants" but classed them as type "Issue of Equity". I wonder if they have titled this latest RNS to match the type on their website? I'm not sure how restrictive the rules are on how you must title an RNS. Their is no "type" on the website for "Exercise of Warrants". | wet your knot
18/1/2023 09:59 | I agree with the below Chozza - definitely a discrepancy in the numbers, alongside the title of the RNS which is weird and the fact they state Mon 24th of Jan for listing which is an incorrect date - sloppy! One hurdle cleared, Raises another question (of course, this is JLP) As I understand it, 35,859,164 due on 19th, 32,159,446 excercised, 921,940 not excercised totalling 33,081,386. This leaves 2,777,778 unaccounted for. Not a huge number compared to the billions in issue but an annoying loose end. GLA, Cheers, Chozza | 21ant
18/1/2023 09:54 | Looks like one MM has the stock . Two days left could get another RNS tomorrow morning last day. As will have to announce How many shares out there in company . As warrants have finished . Hopefully | goforgold1

18/1/2023 09:52 | You can still buy under 12p So plenty of stock around . Still looks to me that selling orders being filled with buyers . Hence very very small spread between buy and sell . | goforgold1
18/1/2023 09:32 | My hunch is that Miton will have forward sold their warrants and there is evidence of this in the ownership data at Morningstar: whereas nothing recently for Veddis Capital. | the skipper
18/1/2023 09:31 | Well i was right about selling . Two days left now some unanswered questions in that RNS as well . Let's see if selling continues the sudden sell of could be people in the know insiders knowing more warrants are going to be dumped . Hence the drop more will be known after 19th shares coming to market on 23rd as well..My take if things are as good as last RNS why the selling at nearly a 52 week low . STRANGE | goforgold1
18/1/2023 09:28 | They will be in the know. Interesting week ahead ... | frogkid
18/1/2023 09:20 | Would have thought they would wait for 1. operations update 2. Northern strategy 3. Eastern Limb project update before selling, unless they are already in the know. ;<) | xow98
18/1/2023 09:20 | If the time limit on the warrant exercises is imminent (?) then we can be more hopeful that the holders will simply remain as shareholders with an eye on future growth. | cordwainer
18/1/2023 09:15 | Nope, no warrants overhang now. I just hope that they don't try to take profits on the warrants, in which case we simply swap a warrant overhang for a stock overhang. Cheerful soul am I :-) | lord gnome
18/1/2023 09:11 | Unless I'm missing a big piece of the picture, I don't see why the market should be worried about any warrants overhang here anymore. Although I am slightly disturbed that this RNS is called an 'issue of equity' instead of an 'exercise of warrants' as per previous ones. | cordwainer
18/1/2023 09:08 | The warrants were issued on 19th Jan 2018 | verulamium
18/1/2023 09:08 | Jubilee secures investment from two eminent financial institutions namely Miton Group Plc and international wealth group arranged through Veddis. This financing in collaboration with the project financing arrangements with RiverFort Global Capital The placing includes the issuance of 62 500 000 warrants priced at a premium of 70% of the placing price or 6.12 pence per warrant share valid for a period of 5 years. | xow98
18/1/2023 09:07 | LO ... and who's to say he hasn't? | sb |
