Am I right in thinking, that anyone selling today couldn't use against this years tax allowance as the 'Settlement' date won't be until 7 April due to the bank holiday. If so think it's too late for anyone to sell to include in this tax year.

Or does the settlement date not matter and HMRC go by the date of transaction?

The chart is still fine and consolidating nicely for another push up....and as I told you before, Zak Mir was predicting 25 - 30p BY THE END OF APRIL / EARLY MAY ... You seem to expect everything to happen in days just when you want it to.

CGT .. don’t forget guys it’s not all about using up the CGT allowance and realising gains ... you might also need to realise some losses to get them offset in the hope they continue to fall and after 30+ days look to buy back in a new tax year . The way the market in miners has gone this could also explain some of the selling which has only compounded the situation. Good to see s0me stabilisation on gold today and also PGM’s rising . All good here and should see a big move up soon .

Jack, why don’t you email Mr Rensburg at the London office. He will put you straight on any concerns you might have, he is very obliging.

PS we’ll see 30p+ this year imo as per my prediction 18 months ago, although I think we’ll see it well before the end of the year. Too much going on to hold the share price down for long.

There’ll be a bun fight come 6th April as ISA’s get loaded up.

thank you Tonyevo256, thats exactly my point.Just no need for this amount of in accuracy or general finger in the air guestimations.

My worry is, if they don't know, then who the hell does? and are we being fed duff information. Don't think it cant happen, it sure can. look at Afren a few years back, and it was in the FTSE 250!.

what are the chartists saying?. How's it looking Zaky boy?.
