They can't afford to lock the mines down. Just look at China, they locked down really hard.... and it just pops up somewhere else. It's too contagious and there are too many sources of infection. Just need to ride it out as best you can.

Deme - the majority who are dying from it are known categories (old, pre-existing, plus some outliers who get the cytokine-storm reaction).

The majority of infected recover (as if they'd caught a normal flu).
