Europe does have increased testing capabilities though..Ghana for example doubled their cases yesterday just from testing a workforce at some plant.

Steady increase in SA new cases, with recovered v active cases split around 40/60.

As freedom points out the number of cases is an order of magnitude less than in European countries with similar populations.

Still a watching brief.
