why oh why are these f'ers causing such alarm
there is no data to assess mortality, contagion etc
worst case seems to be between 1 and 1.5 % if you factor in low figures for the undiagnosed, asymptomatic and already recovered.
and it may be much lower
i hate conspiracy theories but this is very dark.

Plat - i agree, nothing has structurally changed. Most of us will get it at some point. It is nice to see some common sense starting to come out of the government wrt accepting it's gonna happen, just slow it down so the NHS stands a chance of coping. Then carry on as usual.
