That would be a first they have always passed a resolution allowing them to issue more shares every year. I will be astounded if this year is any different and pleased but I am not holding my breath

Results of AGM
Jubilee's Annual General Meeting was held at 11 a.m. today (1 p.m South African time), Friday 6 December 2019. Resolutions 6 and 8 were withdrawn and all the other resolutions proposed at the meeting were passed.

Some of those with a nervous disposition might get a bit jelly today as there is unlikely to be any updates. I said it a few weeks back, we will likely revisit the 3s before the next leg up.

JLP have so many irons in the fire it seems, so a new deal could pop up anytime. However, if there is nothing issued prior to the AGM (11 am), then nothing new will be revealed, apart, possibly, from progress reports on existing projects.
